Bright and tough
Great B string, really strong so it's not likely to snap under heavy playing, whether rhythm or lead. The sound is great for the highs, it's bright and clear within chords so nothing gets lost and for lead lines its smooth and not too piercing once you get into the higher positions of the neck. It sits nicely between various string gauges as well, without being too much of a change in size when moving from string to string, I'd be happy using a gauge .012 amongst various other string sets such as a .009 or .00105 set without any issue.

still the best strings around
I tried many string manufacturers and always came back to D'Addario.
The nickel plated steel strings are simply the nicest feeling and most balanced sounding strings I ever played.
I especially appreciate their smoothness. Ernie Balls feel much rougher during slides..

great for CBG
I used them for my cigarbox guitar. There are no ready-made sets for CBG, so you have to pick strings individually. They sound good and last a good while.

Standard, good quality
Standard Daddario quality, what you would expect. Clean/trebly sound, normal tension, unless you are looking for something special it will do the trick.

Daddario PL012
Any one that Gigs will know that the E & B strings are the ones that break the most. I keep a bunch of these in my Gig Bag, they are good for E or B strings. The sound is bright and the quality is very good at this price......

Walk on the bright side
If nickel coated is what you are used to these are a tad brighter. Which is what you expect from steel strings. Very fine strings.

Great middle string for saz (baglama)
i bought this for my saz (baglama) which is a Turkish string instrument and it really turned out a really good middle string, both for an acoustic saz but also for the electric saz. I can really recommend this string, it sounds great!
