Great pickup!

This is my favourite bridge pickup for '80s metal and more extreme tones...or anything played with high gain/distortion. Sounds great in E standard tuning but really excels in lower tunings.
Very even EQ that can be easily shaped with the amp. Harmonically rich with tight, punchy lows.

J'utilise la paire D activator en Neck et Bridge depuis plusieurs années et j'en suis toujours satisfait ! Je joue essentiellement du metal et en bridge on arrive à obtenir très facilement un son agressif tout en gardant un son net et sans bavures !
En neck, on obtient un son polyvalent dans les tonalités chaudes ce qui rend l'ensemble vraiment polyvalent et agréable à l'écoute dans plusieurs styles musicaux.

Great sustain and high output, a great choice if you are into metal.

This pickup out 5 connectors though so you need to know what you are doing when connecting it.

Put this in my fender jaguar as it needed more output this sounds just like an active pickup but in passive form and really great for metal or drop tunings I say get 1 you wont be disappointed
