big thumbs up
This head has great attack and is giving me good control over sustain and overtones with the dampening rings. The punch is powerful with a deep thud and the head feels very strong. Overall i give this the 'thumbs up' and recommend it to everyone who needs a big but controlled sound.

Number 1 for me personally.
Awesome sound and quality and my personal choice number one. Can take a good old beating well and is strong and don't break almost never (not in my use at least, i haven't broken a single Evans head in a long time). Creates nice warm tone and is versatile on different music styles. I will continue using these until i find something better, which i doubt i won't. Keep rocking!

A Thunder like sounding head
This is a great bass drum solution. It's fat, warm and has enough attack as well. I have a 22" Tama starcassic maple bass drum, which can sometimes lose low end with the wrong head. This head ensures a great sound though.
It's not cheap but well worth the money if you're playing regularly.
Tip: get a beater pad to prolong the life of the head. There's nothing worse than having to change a head because of the beater pit in the middle.

One of the greatests
So easy to get a nice sound with this one. It can be dry, ringy, punchy, soft. Makes our lives much easier.

Great sounding drum head.
This drum head gives a great dampened sound. I always used to need pillows in my bass drum as I prefer the heavily dampened 'thud' sound. This allows me to get rid of the pillows and also to adjust the amount of dampening with the two included foam rings. These are by far the best drum heads I have used. Top marks!
