Quality and value
Bought these in a bulk deal (12 pack) was I have quite a few guitars. I have used all the main brands over the years - D'addario, Fender, Gibson, Ernie Ball, Rotosound, Elixir etc. Outside of coated strings, there is such little difference in the other nickle-wound strings (gauge not-withstanding) IMHO.
The heavy bass strings mean you can really gig in when playing rhythm, especially on shorter scale guitars. While still getting an easy bends and vibrato on the plain strings.
The longevity seems to be the same as all the other brands I've usdd over the years, I don't have overly sweaty hands, and dependant on use will get 6 weeks to 2 months out of a set. Works out at around £20 per year at Thomman bulk prices!

i have never used ghs strings before. i got these strings as part of a creative bundle with a harley benton victory flames v.i was very surprised how very good these strings are. i put them on the harley benton victory flames v becuase i didn,t like the strings that come on it and they realy made the guitar sound a lot better than the strings that came on it.i would highly recomend these strings to anyone that plays death or thrash metal music like me they realy resonate trough the guitar

GHS GBTNT-Boomers
These have been my number one choice in guitar strings for more than ten years. I use these in my every guitar that's tuned to standard-E (or drop-D), mostly strats and things alike. Very good, long lasting sound and the best playing touch I've found so far. I like to play many kinds of stuff, but my main style lays somewhere between fast hardcore punk rock and alternative rock. I play these with a very aggressive style and these almost never fail within reasonable amount of playing hours. I also like them in easier stuff, like fingerpicking or some bluesy licks or whatever. If there's a better 10-52 string set available, I haven't found it. And I have tried many of them. Top of the line.

Great sound and very durable
I use 10-52 strings in standard tuning since I tend to pick really hard, and ever since I tried GHS they have become my favorite brand. I find these strings to be very durable (I play them for months without feeling the need to change them), and I actually like the smoother tone they produce after breaking them in.
Compared to D'addario or ErnieBall sets, they seem to be less 'twangy' and bright sounding when freshly installed, but resist corrosion and oxidation better in my experience. The wound lower strings also feel more sturdy and less elastic when bending them.

Nice strings for humbuckers
I put these on a Tele that had humbuckers and they made it come alive. They were bright enough without being harsh. They also lasted quite a while, surprisingly long for an uncoated string. I really like them.

Great sound and quality
I've used a lot of different strings but I really like boomers on my guitars with single coils or filtertrons. I get great clarity but a little extra bass compared to other strings I have used. These also stay fresh for almost as long as coated strings which is a big plus!

Sound good, super short life though
I purchased these GHS boomers as I'd heard a lot of good things from various people and I was wanting to test out some new brands. From the packet the strings were very powerful and bright sounding on the guitar, however they very quickly (2-3 days) corroded - faster than any other brand I've used. For a premium brand and a premium price, I'd expect a bit more longevity from them.

Very good string
Very good set of strings, broke i very quickly and settled down and held tuning very well. Stayed bright and new for about a week of playing maybe 1-2 hours a day.
for the price these are food value for money strings and are going onto all of my guitars.
