Schöner warm-weicher Sound!

Es war mal wieder soweit - nach einigen Jahren wollte ich mal wieder neue Mallets ausprobieren. Diese sollten primär an Marimba einsetzbar sein, besonders für die tiefen Register wollte ich diese haben. Sie sollten aber auch tauglich für die mittleren und höheren Register sein. Bei diesen Mallets bin ich fündig geworden! Ein schöner warmer und weicher Sound, der leises Spiel zulässt, trotzdem tranzparent ist. Groovige Begleitungen und Solo-Spiel klingen toll. Für leise gewirbelte Bach-Choräle o.ä. sicher nicht weich genug, aber für das meiste universell einsetzbar!

Nun hoffe ich, dass die Verarbeitung so gut ist, wie sie aussieht und ich noch lange dran Freude haben werde. Kopf und Stiel machen einen soliden Eindruck. Zur Erwähnen ist noch, dass die Mallets nicht ganz leicht sind, aber das gefällt mir persönlich ganz gut. Ich habe mir kurz darauf noch einen 2. Vierersatz Mallets der gleichen Serie gekauft, diesmal ein bisschen härter, also Medium. Auch mit diesen bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Suono ricercato

Nella scheda tecnica le bacchette vengono definite " soft" e lo sono veramente! Sul vibrafono conferiscono un suono davvero molto avvolgente, caldo, morbido, intimo. Ottime per accompagnamenti con pedale e comping di jazz-ballad. Lavorazione ottima, i manici hanno un grip eccellente e anche il rattan utilizzato per la costruzione è flessibile al punto giusto. La testa non è troppo pesante e questo conferisce anche un'ottima calibrazione della bacchetta stessa. Nel complesso sono delle bacchette eccellenti che raccomando a tutti coloro che abbiano bisogno di un suono che crei atmosfera e che non sia troppo invadente. Ho messo quattro stelle perché non sono delle bacchette versatili: l'attacco si percepisce poco e mostrano grandi difficoltà sul registro acuto del vibrafono; questo comporta l'impossibilità di suonare per esempio degli assoli, oppure dei passi orchestrali in cui l'attacco dev'essere un riferimento per tutta l'orchestra e anche per l'ascoltatore. Oltre alle considerazioni personali e totalmente soggettive, bacchette consigliatissime!
