Nice socket
Good quality socket. It can be used for mono just use the smaller one of the two tip connections for mono. The nut is No. 14 spanner.

I used these...
I used these for my pedalboard. I made my own pedalboard out of wood. And This has an storage are bottom where I put all the wires. These sockets were added to the sides, for input and output. I am very pleased!

Göldo Trim Socket
I ordered this jack to repleace the original one of my Aria bass for it was too loose to hold the plug. The jack is stereo. I soldered a short wire to connect ring and sleeve. The contacs readily accept lead and are easy to solder. The surface of the jack is milled and easy to grip with pliers. That way you can work up enough torque to safely tighten the locknut. That and the rubber washer provide a tight fit.
The jack grabs an 1/4" phone and holds it very firm. It takes a little force to actually unplug the connection but that is excactly what i was looking for.
Would buy again.

Feels sturdy!
Price is pretty steep for a connector, but hey it is what it is. Feels very good, jack feels secure in it. Didn't installed as a new part yet, but when I do I'll get back with an update.

Sturdy Barrel Jack
Sturdy little barrel jack, with a good assembly quality and a very reasonable price tag. Standard sized jack suitable for any 1/4" jack instrument cable.
Would work a charm on any home built guitar or as a replacement for a similar jack (make sure the jack is suitable regarding dimensions however).

Bought it to replace the scratchy jack in a friend's bass, easy installation, works as intended.

Great jack.
Solid materials, i have active pickups so i needed a stereo jack. It actually takes some force to push the connector into the jack, but it's in there so tight it will never come out by accident.
