ideal zum adapterbau

Das Pro Snake DMX Kabel hat von der Qualität her mittlemäßige 5polige XLR Stecker, sie sind längst nicht so stabil wie richtige Neutriks, aber doch besser als diese ganz billigen mit den kleinen Schrauben.

Das Kabel ist übrigens recht dick und nicht sehr flexibel, es ist 5polig. das hat mich gewundert, ich kenn dmx kabel nämlich nur dreipolig, also schon mit 5pol Steckern, aber eben nur 1 bis 3 belegt. ich hab jedenfalls aus diesem kurzen 1m stück zwei adapter 5pol -> 3pol gelötet, dafür eignet es sich gut. Prinzipiell würde ich aber von diesem kabel abraten und zu Sommer Cable Binary 234 greifen, das ist einfach deutlich flexibler und hält wahrscheinlich auch länger.

außerdem sind im professionellen Einsatz richtige Neutrik Stecker ein Muss!!!

Dick und starr.

Das Kabel ist realtiv dick und starr. Man bekommt die Knicke, welche in der Verpackung entstanden sind, nur sehr schwer raus. Funktionstüchtig ist das Kabel aber in jedem Fall. Nach nun einem Jahr im Einsatz gibt es noch keine Probleme mit DMX-Fails oder Wackelkontakten. Für den Preis ingesamt sehr gut.

Ottimo cavo

Utilizzo il cavo per passare segnali midi tra il DMXis e l'ODE mkII. Funziona bene ed è molto robusto. Il cavo risulta più spesso della norma e quindi risulta più protetto. La lunghezza di 1 metro fa si che risulti comunque leggero e facilmente trasportabile.
Ho trasportato il cavo in diversi live e finora non ha subito danni nonostante il frequente utilizzo.
Sia il maschio che la femmina sono da 5 pin
Nessun "contro" riscontrato in questi mesi di utilizzo
