excellent drum
Ordered the 22' inch for personal use: i like earthy tones, nice vibrations, can be used with drum stick or without. Would recommend it if you like a large drum that has multiple purposes. Drum can get heavier when playing for a long time, support the drum with leg or press lightly between the side of your body. Excellent website where you can see the product from different sides, hear sound samples and see someone playing the drum, customer service and delivery service polite and clear.

La qualité de fabrication est excellente; le son est bien profond et grave ; les vibrations qu'il propage sont impressionnantes. Bien plus que le modèle 16", qui est déjà très bon.
Mais il est bien sûr nettement moins transportable.
This is my 3rd drum for shamanic ritual use. It is a synthetic skin; therefore not sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity.
The quality of manufacture is excellent; the sound is very deep and low pitched; the vibrations it propagates are impressive. Much more than the 16 "model, which is already very good.
But it is of course much less transportable.

Gorgeous drum
I have a 16" Remo Buffalo drum and just bought this 22". The sound is AMAZING. Deep, rich tones, especially as it is synthetic. It is perfect to use outdoors as it does not go soft of flat in the damp / humid conditions of the UK. I use it for shamanic drumming and journey with it well

My copy lacked
The 16" I tried had a way more stable tone. This one I can hear waves up and down as if two guitar strings aren't tuned by just a couple of cents. Could be unlucky with the one I got. My experience is that each copy sounds slightly different.

Excellent instrument!
I play shamanic drums for long time, i had many, i have some custom made vegan friendly etc but Remo Buffalo is absolutely the best instrument i have ever own in my life. I have 16” and 22”, 22” is my main drum. I have no idea how they made it but they made a masterpiece. Since i have them (few years) they never change sound, they sound fantastic on recording and are pretty easy to record, they have extreme bass, they are fairly light, full of sounds and they vibrate the way thay you can heatr them singing. If you consider byuing it - do not hesitate, it will be your favorite drum. Thank you Remo for inventing such an amazing piece if instrument with very good price!

All weather drum
The synthetic skin will never sound as rich as leather, but it is totally reliable in any situation. I have played it outside in the rain!
