Décevant mais on y arrive !

J'ai reçu ces totems (4) 2 x 2m et 2x1,5m.
Les manchons ne s'enclenchent pas sur la majorité des plaques, des manchons qui tournent dans le vide etc... Ce produit est décevant car pas utilisable en toute sécurité. Toutefois, et c'est important de préciser que THOMANN a été très réactif, le SAV a pris en considération les problèmes. Il aura fallu (et c'est pas encore totalement résolu !) pas moins de 4 aller et retour de pièces détachées pour réparer les soucis. C'est "frustrant" car un produit neuf devient un produit fait et refait (surtout quand on n'est pas bricoleur comme moi !).
Un grand merci au service SAV de THOMANN mais un carton rouge sur le fabricant de ce produit pourtant attirant sur le papier ...

Habe mir 2 Stück gekauft.
Zuhause aufgebaut....geht ganz einfach ....1 Person ein kleiner Hammer..fertig.
Habe mir 2 Led Lampen hinzu gekauft und 2 Moving Head.Von innen beleuchtet, das ganze programmiert und siehe da.....was brauche ich mehr als DJ auf einer Hochzeit?
Die Bodenplatten geben einem nicht das Gefühl das alles nicht umkippen könnte.....doch der Test auf einer Veranstaltung zeigte mir.......Klappt.
Vom gewicht her und von der Stabilität 1 A

Vielen Dank an Thomann...mit euch macht es einfach Spass..
