Worth every penny.
My only bass for messing around, and I have to say that it's just fine.
Your tonal possbilities may vary, but if you're in a DI situation or have an EQ/FX stack, you shouldn't have any issues.
Very comfortable, weighted just perfectly with no neck dive.
Mine was made in Korea but I've heard that some are chinese, which is probably of no concern.
Don't forget to get the string adapter for it.

Fun to play, easy to travel with
I bought this for playing around with and learning a bit of 5 string rather than for serious performing or anything like that. Overall, I am happy with it and would consider buying it again.
Pros: It's portable, easy to bring while going on a plane, for example. It is well made and stays in tune very well. For the price and for a travel/practice use case, I'd say it fits the bill. It is easy to pick up and noodle around on. It has a leg rest panel that swings out and makes it easy to position when sitting and playing.
Cons: The sound is just ok, a bit metallic (one could get different strings), and the positioning/ergonomics take some getting used to in comparison to a regular sized bass as the frets are more closely spaced. I generally play it sitting down and not standing to avoid having to use a strap as I couldn't make the balance work that well.

Very good balance of value and quality
A very handy bass to have around as a spare if space is tight. Sounds good, looks cool, thanks to Thomann!
