Worth it. Really useful for a rack
I had always the problem of messy cables and not enough power sockets in my studio and this was a really nice solution, now I have power sockets on the front of the rack for pedals, chargers, whatever I need with quick access and a nice design.

A bit larger than 1U, works good so far for install
Used in theatre lighting rack where lights on bars above stage are plugged in. Mostly they are plugged all the time. Switch is usefull tool to have to turn on all at once. I did need to cut the cord to connect it to switched power from power distribution. Works in my situation.

For rack, for less cables.
I've put this power distributor in the back of my rack with inear and dbx ProVocal so I don't have to connect same cables each time. Now I've only have one cable.
Pros are: long cable, lots of inputs, strong and solid unit.
Cons are: cable is directly connected to the unit, it would be better if there would be IEC-320 standard input for 230V so you can plug it in power conditioner.
Other than that. Great unit!

The only power you'll need in your rack
Fits my rack nicely. I set it up on the back rails so everything plugs in nicely from the front. Feels sturdy and safe. I liked it so much that I bought it again because I got more amps and needed more power plugs for all my kit!
