It's raining!
I bought this for my experimental project. I was expecting it to be a little louder but it really gives this effect of rain. It comes in handy for cinema effects as well, I've already lent it to some cinema students. Saves them a lot of trouble acquiring rain effects!

I love it
It sounds soothing and beautiful and can make a rain sound for a long time. Also works great as a shaker, it sounds more gentle than actual shaker so it complements it nicely.

Good sound, feels fragile
I'm not sure if all brands feel a bit fragile like this one. Maybe it is normal but I recommend extra caution and care when transporting this. All in all a good buy. I like the sound. I've heard nicer and more subtle rainmakers though. But it's okay.

Fantastic rain sounds and shaker
I have a few different shakers and decided to get a rainstick/rainmaker as well.
You can really hear the sound of the balls inside hitting the spikes in this rainmaker, and it sounds "wooden" rather than plastic or synthetic.
It also sounds great as a shaker, a bit of a warmer/woodier tone than other shakers, although a bit cumbersome compared to an egg shaker!
Feels nice quality. You can draw out the sound for at least 20 seconds (I think 40seconds was the longest I managed to get out of it), but it pays to have a longer rainstick so this one ticks the box.
Can't go wrong for the price.

Rainstick
Nice Sound, pretty long as well. only has tiny cracks longwise, but if you handle it smooth they should not become bigger. Nice for meditation or risers for music.

We have many rainsticks and this is definitely the best one we got and we use it in our meditations and sound journeys

Nice Rainmaker for good price
This is a nice tool to add some woodoo flavor to the band sound.Works great,looks good too.Sound itself is very realistic.Before the purchase i used samples for recording, but having the real thing is much better because its possible to control the speed and time of it.
