I can't stop buying these!! I keep on buying them every time i do a Thomann Order. They hold my truss up in the right direction!
Cons - it is difficult to sometimes get the truss to line up with the base plate. I have found the best way is to have the truss and the egg inserted before i attach them to the base plate!! :)

You will need these if you are using Base plates to hold the truss up these Half Cones are engineered to perfection and fit brilliantly They are also the best price any where

Usefull thing
A bit pricey but really usefull thing. It can be used for all kinds of variations with ramps. I use it for base steel plates (vertical mounting) and they hold on really good!

Functional and solid
A functional and solid connector. Only reason I have removed a star is on occasion the fit is not perfect so can take a bit of a hammering to get in properly.

The screw could be more long
This is a well buildt product, very reliable and lightweight.
My only concern is that the screw that comes with the product could be longer, i solved this problem buying a longer screw in an hardware store for a few cents.
