Ear Protection FilterELACIN Ear Protection Filter-15 has an average sound insulation value and is suitable for all musicians in noisy environments.

The sound spectrum is also fully preserved with the high insulation - the sound reproduction remains natural. In contrast to conventional types of hearing protection, the ear can not be closed when the filter is worn.

The change of the filter elements is easily carried out by the user. Within seconds, an ELACIN hearing protection filter-25 becomes an ELACIN hearing protection filter-15 or hearing protection filter-9 with correspondingly lower insulation values.

From the undistorted sound reproduction in spite of hearing protection, the people who are regularly exposed to high noise levels, but who still need to listen carefully; musicians, sound engineers, discjockeys, concertgoers, etc.

I have used Elacin ear protectors for about 13 years and would recommend them 100%. I am a drummer and wish I had these when I was learning as a kid. My hearing has been damaged from drumming and the Elacin filters are saving my ears from any more damage. The quality of the sound I hear while playing either in the studio or on stage is incredible. They make the sound on stage so easy to hear I almost don't need monitors.They cost quite a lot but worth every penny but to save my hearing I would pay twice that.

fits perfectly with my earpluggs

i tried to buy some of those filters in my hometown, and the only seller didn't want to sell the filters without the earplugs, so i found those here, and they are exactly the same and cheaper!

Les filtres ER originaux

Je suis guitariste et j'ai acheté cette paire de filtres pour remplacer les filtres initialement livrés avec mes Pianissimo ER-25, qui avaient été mis à rude épreuve alors que j'utilisais mes bouchons pour sortir durant la saison estivale (soirées techno sur la plage et soirées en boîte ce qui signifie des manipulations avec les mains sales voire un contact avec de l'eau de mer, du sable etc...). La membrane d'un de mes filtres semblait obstruée et au nettoyage celle-ci a fini par s'enfoncer dans le cerclage !

A noter que ces filtres Elacin sont en réalité des Etymotic Research, qui sont les filtres originaux qui équipent les bouchons sur mesure vendus par INTERSON PROTAC, ACOUFUN et bien entendu ELACIN. Aucun risque d'incompatibilité donc, si vous avez des moulages de ces marques là, vous pouvez acheter les yeux fermés. A noter qu'aucun audio prothésiste n'a pu ou voulu commander des filtres de rechange au fabricant, qu'aucun autre site en France n'avait de dispo et que seul Thomann en proposait sur son site !

Nie mehr ohne...!

Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich ein paar Probleme mit meine Gehör. Nach einer ausgiebigen Probe-Session im hohen Dezibel-Bereich hatte ich ein Piepen im Ohr. Nun, ja, wird schon wieder weg gehen, wie es ja immer der Fall war. Ging aber nicht weg! Also, zum Ohrenarzt...Diagnose: Leichtes Hörtrauma.

Dies war dann der Zeitpunkt, dass ich mich mal ausgiebig mit dem Thema Gehörschutz auseinander setzte und verschiedene Produkte ausprobierte. Erste Wahl war natürlich das altbekannte Ohropax. Wahrscheinlich kennt das auch jeder Musiker, der mit Lautstärken probt und kann bestätigen, dass die Dinger zwar sehr gut den Schall dämmen, aber es geht doch einiges an Klangerlebnis verloren. Nach Recherchen im Internet, bin ich dann mal zum Hörgeräte-Akustiker gegangen: Hier habe ich mir dann Protektoren anfertigen lassen, die mit den Elacin Filtern arbeiten. Die Filter habe ich dann bei Thomann bestellt.

Die Dinger sind absolut fantastisch! Es ist überhaupt kein Vergleich zu konventionellem Gehörschutz. Man hört jedes Detail, nur eben leiser. Ich habe den Stresstest vor meiner (sehr guten) HiFi-Anlage gemacht, man hört echt alles so, wie es sein sollte. Mittlerweile habe ich sogar den Eindruck, dass die Musik ab einem gewissen Pegel mit den Elacins BESSER klingt als ohne. Es ist vergleichbar mit dem Tragen einer Sonnenbrille bei hellem Tageslicht. Man sieht dann auch besser und alles ist viel angenehmer. Auch wenn sich mein Gehör wieder entspannt hat und keine Folgeschäden vorhanden sind: Ich werde nie wieder eine Session ohne diese Dinger spielen! Auch bei Konzertbesuchen sind sie mein ständiger Begleiter.
