Ordered third cable
Having a dependable quality cable for the expensive Sennheiser HD650 is important. The first cable broke at the same spot the second cable did near one of the connectors. The headphones were handled lightly and no pulling on the cable. Still, it broke. While turning your head, the sound will disappear from one side. The third cable is on its way, and I have no other option than to keep ordering these. The cables are too thin to be considered quality.

I dont know if these cables are purposefully made badly, but I have to replace mine on a yearly basis (i use the 650s everyday for about 8 hours)

Relatively short lifetime
This was my second cable for these headphones, and I am now on my third. Despite always buying official Sennheiser replacement cables, they usually don't last more than 18 months before I need to buy a new one.
Thomann delivery was quick and painless, despite being ordered to the UK in the midst of brexit.

Good replacement for HD6XX as well
I used it to get a longer cable than the one included in my Drop HD6XX and it is perfectly fine. The cable could feel more premium, I wish they had an option for braided cables but it's good enough for sure.

Very fragile
It's the third time that I am gonna have to order this cable! The 2-pins connectors that fits into the headphones are difficult to insert. If the cable stay stuck somewhere (since it's quiet long) chances are the inside of the cable will break. Senheiser did make sure that you can repair this particular cable by yourself or replace it by another kind.

The thickest and best cable I could get
As the headline implies, after ordering the Sennheiser HD650 Cable, Headline Pad and Foam Net Pads as a replacement for my dead HD600s cable (RIP, it lasted 5 years of honorable work) I thought about switching the cards on the tables after doing some research and seeing how different the thickness and solidity of the HD650 cable is.
And I can confirm every single thing I heard and saw, this is probably the best cable I ever got (probably would be even better in a balanced output form but we go high end there), so if you have a compatible Sennheiser series, trust it, this won't let you down.

Worst cable ever
Just broke my third cable in just 2 years. Never experienced this crappy quality cable from any other headphones... not even the old iPod headphones....

Good standard cable
This is the replacement standard cable for the HD 650's headphones. I had to replace mine because it was damaged by the previous user. The old cable also came of rather easily if pulling a little on each of the earphones . The new one is really snug fit ,it sit firmly in there. The quality is good and also the price is good. I don't feel a need to get an upgraded cable for the headphones. This is great.

Great upgrade to the HD-600 cable
Swapped out my HD-600 cable with this one, totally different league of quality. This one feels at least 50% thicker and stronger.

Great quality OEM cable
As expected, great quality, thick, flexible cable. It doesn't retain the bends from the packing and does the trick, just as expected.
