I bought it here after an unfortunate experience with another seller
The product is original, works perfectly, I am using it on my Variax JT
I already recorded something and everything went well
It wasn’t easy at all to find the perfect replacement
Manufacturer standard battery, really useful to have two

The Line 6 JTV guitars rely on a rechargeable battery to run the digital side. If it goes flat then you are back to analogue for half a day while it recharges. So a spare is pretty vital! This is the official part and fits and works perfectly.
The alternative is to use a Pod with power output, or a special pedal and PSU and cable combo.
This battery is identical to the one which came with the guitar but was much cheaper at Thomann than anywhere in the UK even with delivery charges added. Very useful to have a spare battery for the Variax for without battery power the guitar has none of the multiple effects which make this guitar special. This battery lasts just as long as the one that came with the guitar. Original equipment, good price and fast delivery, what's not to like?
I had put several requests out in 2012 to UK dealers for a spare battery for my JTV-69,apparently there was a world shortage, unless you lived in the USA...Thomann were the first to receive stock six months before the UK, and were best value...no contest, and a quick delivery
