Screw damaged the guitar
LUN4 26.09.2019
First the good:
- Quality seems okay. Not the most robust tuners I have, but quality is good.
- The automated cutting of the string is a weirdly enjoyable experience.
- Changing strings takes even less time than with normal locking tuners.
- Tuning ratio is okay-ish. I prefer a more precise ratio than this, but it's very usable.
- They stay in tune really well! Even with new strings, it's very stable.

And then the bad:
- The screws that were in the package are of extremely low quality. On one of the screws, the head broke of while the screw wasn't even full in yet. So now there is a metal pin stuck in the wood that I have to drill out someway... That will almost be impossible to do without making further damage to the guitar. It didn't break my guitar or anything, but it certainly did damage and took something of the resell value. I would never use these screws again. They felt bad out of the package, but unfortunately they lived up to that expectation :(.

Does a great job!
Anónimo 09.01.2016
I own an ibanez ajd71t that comes with a floating Gibraltar bridge. I loved this guitar from the start because it looked cool and all that but unfortunately it would never stay in tune.
With that said I eventually put it aside and only picked up that guitar on a rare occasion because it got a little frustrating.
So I decided to pick up these tuners and they gave it a great new lease of life.
They're reasonably priced and the quality you get for the price is more than pleasing.
I fit them myself because I do a lot of guitar repairs and I can honestly say that I don't imagine anyone should have much trouble adding these to their own guitars.
They fit well without any other adjustments and after a quick restringing sessions I was ready to start playing my guitar again.
I found the restringing procedure is reduced in time considerably because you're only winding the bare minimum of string that you require and it holds its tuning admirably after the usual stretching of the strings.

I plan on adding these to the rest of my guitars that don't have locking nuts because it's reassuring to know that I won't have to worry about the strings suddenly going out of tune mid song when I'm doing some aggressive bending.

They look great too, the materials appear to be sturdy and I haven't seen any tarnishing or blemishing of their appearance since I installed them.

So to conclude, these tuners are high quality, they look great and they do their job as well as I could have expected. Worth your time if you want to sort out that tuning instability on a guitar that you know could be great with such a simple modification as this.

Great tuners for the right string gauge
Duckling 28.08.2020
Got these tuners to replace the stock tuners on my ESP Eclipse. Have been using them some time now, and the quality is superb. They lock the strings nicely, gives good response when "turning the knob" to tune the guitar, and it stays in tune. The fact that they also cut the excessive string is pure genius! Considering getting these on the rest of my live use guitars as well just for that feature!

The big downside however, at least for some people, is that the tuners, at least not my set, cant fit strings thicker than 0.046. I always use 10-46 on all my guitars, so I haven't noticed it until today. Tried to string the guitar with a set of GHS Thick core boomers 10-48, and the thickest string just didn't fit through the tuning peg.

So for all the people who uses 10-46 or lighter gauges, these tuners are fantastic! Those who use heavier gauges should sadly look somewhere else.
