Thomann Didgeridoo Eucalyptus 130-140

Físicamente : Precioso acabado, las formas muy naturales y muy "indígenas", muy buen trabajo, muy ergonómico y resistente NOTA: incluye ya adherida del mismo material Eucalipto la boquilla para tocarlo, realmente no te hace falta nada más, simplemente soplar y transmitirle al tronco de madera las vibraciones que sientes en ese momento, y entonces crear música.

Didgeridoo de 137 cm, realmente más bonito que el de la foto.
Enseguida transmite justo lo que tu soplas, estoy muy pero que muy satisfecho con la marca, y con el trabajo de Thomann por traérmelo perfectamente embalado.

Instrumento pensado para principiantes pero interesante al ser un buen objeto para adentrarse en el mundo del didgeredoo. Para probar y como instrumento alternativo da la funcionalidad suficiente.
El acabado es suficientemente bueno, bien pulido y encerado. La sonoridad es muy buena con muy alta calidad y más si pensamos en el precio pagado.
Las notas graves tienen una profundidad muy parecida a los instrumentos mucho más caros y las más agudas dan también la talla debido a su claridad.
El principiante encontrara en este instrumento una herramienta de alta calidad mientras que el usuario más avanzado podrá utilizarlo en multitud de lugares.
La fabricación con un buen material como es el eucalipto hace de este instrumento un objeto muy recomendable.

This didgeridoo is absolutely astounding! In a class of it's own!

I have other eucalyptus didgeridoos which have cost more than 3 times as much as this instrument but don't play half as well! I play didgeridoos made from eucalyptus, bamboo, PVC pipe and even cardboard tubes. I class this Thomann didgeridoo to be amongst the best I have ever played and heard and I have played a few!

I am a school music teacher and regularly teach world music lessons and master-classes in other schools in the area. I have a particular interest in the Didgeridoo.

This didgeridoo is the 130-140 length version. It is in the key of Eb (E flat - I have checked the pitch of the drone with the piano).
The response is instant, the sound is rich and authentic and the vocals and barks are clear and easily voiced. The back pressure excellent - Better than you would expect from such a loud instrument which in turn makes circular breathing very easy and comfortable, providing longer intervals for inhaling deep breaths. It is very easy to sustain a drone with no blow-outs.

I have found that both slow and fast rhythms are easily accommodated making this instrument a joy to play. It is now my first choice as a demonstration instrument.
I was surprised but not disappointed that the finish of the didgeridoo was matt and not glossy or polished/varnished (my other eucalyptus ones are) and it did smell as though it had been very freshly oiled. This was in no way offensive however and doesn't affect the playability in any way. The smell goes away very quickly as the instrument is aired.
The wooden mouthpiece has been skilfully machined in such a way that it sits perfectly and tightly in the bore of the instrument and is very comfortable to use and is totally in keeping with the style of the instrument.
This instrument does NOT require you to fit a bees wax mouthpiece.
Packaging was excellent and delivery was very fast!

All in all, I absolutely love this instrument. I will definitely be purchasing another one as a spare and perhaps also a longer one with a deeper pitch.

Purchase with confidence but remember, each didgeridoo is a natural product and will vary slightly in pitch, length and appearance.
