Juego de cuerdas de Violín Thomastik Infeld IB 100

Este juego de cuerdas para violín 4/4 tienen una excelente relación entre calidad y precio. Son cuerdas cuya tensión hace muy cómodo poder tocar el violín a cualquier nivel y su calidad puede compararse a la de cuerdas de precio superior. Fáciles de afinar. Producen un sonido suave y profundo y en los agudos el sonido no es nada estridente. No he notado una gran sensibilidad en cuanto al cambio de temperaturas o humedad, se han mantenido bastante estables. La sonoridad también se ha mantenido bastante estable con el paso del tiempo. El sonido en mi violín ha cambiado notablemente, sobre todo en las notas agudas. El embalaje y descripción del producto son correctos y el plazo de envío es el adecuado.

Buen sonido en algunas cuerdas, aunque me han durado poco

Me ha gustado como suena D y E, pero G y A me parece que suenan demasiado apagadas. La cuerda de A me ha durado un més, se ha partido por la parte de la bola. No se si habrá sido un fallo de fábrica o que la cuerda estaba deteriorada. En todo caso, creo también que esto de las cuerdas va con cada uno (y su violín). No me arrepiento de haberlas probado, pero no creo que repita.

My newest favorite string is Thomastik's Infeld Blue. I've been a fan of Obligato's for a long time, but I recently restrung my great-grandpa's violin with the Blue and I'm loving it. It took a few weeks of breaking the strings in, but the tone quality and overall sound I get is so much better than what I was getting with the Obligato's.
My other favorite go-to strings are Dominants. They seem to be universally liked and well received on almost any instrument.The Thomastik IB100 Infeld Blue Violin Set offers the best for me. They are strong, durable strings, but also 'soft' precision made and give a luxurious tone to prove the maker knows exactly what they are doing based on generations of experience. The only thing I wonder about is the coloring of the packaging, you would think that blue would indicate a deeper tone while red would signify at brighter tone... but the packaging aside (I'm a graphic artist) the strings are what matters, just be sure to read so you get exactly what you want. The 'blue' are supposed to be the brighter tone, but I am attracted to a warmer tone also and am pleased to say that the blue delivers both 'presence' of the 'warmer tone' as well as the brilliance and clarity of a brighter string. Compared to the red, it is my opinion after playing both, the blue is the most 'lifelike' violin sound. The blue strings even make my inexpensive China-made violin come to life and sound like a much more expensive violin.

Best strings I had so far !

As long as I was dubious at first ...
These strings are perfect for a violin student with an intermediate / advanced level.

They get tuned easily and stay tuned for a really long time once the strings are used enough.

The sound is clear and neat, really bright too ! And the harmonics are as clear as sunlight !
They're also really resistant, since I sometimes play with really rough moves. But they didn't even flinch, not even once !

It's also really easy to clean them, the rosin comes off with just a gentle wipe with a fiberclothe

So, I would recommend them to any violin student or anyone in a band or who does live performances !
