Light and entertaining
Very comfortable to wear for several hours and also light but sturdy construction. I have this headphone mainly connected to a laptop when working in office. Having no complaints about the sound quality either, i use rather low volumes not to get too much distracted from the actual work i do. I might consider changing the earpads though, and the Superlux HD-681 velour pads fit nicely for this AKG. Note that the original pads are not bad by any means, just that for me the velour pads gives still some extra comfort.

Comfortable and light, but falls short on sound qualty
For the price, the comfort and build quality are excellent, and on par with many headphones two or three times the price. They are very light and the updated auto-adjusting headband mechanism works very well. The cord is fixed and pretty long, but these are definitely intended for home use anyway. Cord quality is fine and the screw-on 6.3mm adapter is very robust.
However, it's the sound where these fail to live up to my expections. For a closed-back pair, it's fairly spacious and instrument separation is decent. Again, for the price, better than many headphones out there. But these don't really fare well for mixing or critical listening purposes because of their coloured sound. There is simply too much mid/upper bass and lower mids that they make the sound muddy and hinders clarity. The bass is not very tight, so I wouldn't call these bass-head headphones either.
The sound quality is twofold. If you are a fan of AKG's "house sound", like I am, these will probably disappoint you. But if you always thought AKG is all midrange and no bass, these might work for you. For the price, these make for alright reserve headphones or even primary if you prefer your sound with thick upper bass and lower midrange.

Kevyet mutta synkät.
Kuulokkeet olivat erittäin pehmeät ja mukavat päähän. Sulki äänen loistavasti. Äänen laatu oli myös puhdas, mutta ylätaajuudeet olivat todella tummat. Tästä syystä ei sopinut ollenkaan esim laulujen yksityiskohtaiseen kuunteluun.

onnistunut ostos
Hinta huomioiden onnistunut ostos. Mukavat, miellyttävät ja kevyet päässä. Ei paina korvaa. Hyvä erottelukyky, Keski- ja yläkeskiäänet ovat jostain syystä hieman "tukkoiset". Yksipuolinen johto tuo käyttömukavuutta. Kulkee päässä ollessa kevyesti mukana, mutta kasaantaittumaton rakenne hankaloittaa kuljetusta käyttöpaikasta toiseen (vie tilaa siirtäessä). Toisaalta se tekee kuulokkeista tukevat.

hyvät perus kuulokkeet
Kuulokkeet ovat kevyet mutta silti laadukkaan ja kiinteän tuntuiset. Korva kupit ovat isot eivätkä paina kivuliaasti ulkokorvaa. ääni on muuten hyvä, mutta korkeat taajuudet ovat hieman tummat, joten studiokuulekkeiksi eivät sovi. Eihän näitä studioon ole tarkoitettukkaan.

Parhaat kuulokkeet mitkä ikinä olen omistanut, hyvä ja tasainen äänenlaatu, laatu on priimaa.
