I use it to replace my old bridge as it was too low for the strings.
I can set it up myself so I can decide whether it's high enough or not until I feel really comfortable.
I'm happy that now the strings of my violin are really comfortable. :)

Good to modify for different purposes.
Bought for a medieval lyre. Adapted the violin bridge and after the modifications, it was still strong, works well and still looks pretty great.

For the price is excellent, but if you are looking for a bridge, for real semi-pro and pro usage, this is not indicated for

For years it stays perfect on my violin
I use this already couple of years on my violin, it stays perfectly good.
