Hyvää Moog-soundia järkevään hintaan

Aikansa opettelun jälkeen tämän kanssa on nyt päässyt sinuiksi. Hyppäys digistä analogimaailmaan vei aikansa, mutta en ole katunut. Hieno ja lämmin soundi ja häröilläkin pystyy halutessaan. Patch-kaapeleilla saa mukavasti kytkettyä dfamin jne suuntaan. Rakenne on vankka Ja tuntuu kestävältä. Tarvittaessa tämän saisi räkkiinkin kiinni ja voi olla, että niin joku päivä käykin. Potikat tuntuu hyviltä eikä rahinoita tai muita virheitä ole vuoteen ilmennyt. Vähän olen eri kokoisten potikoiden paikkoja vaihtanut ja se onnistui helposti ja parantaa käytettävyyttä. Kokonaisuutena hyvä ostos ja jos tämä joskus vaihtuu niin tilalle tulee poly-D :)

For this price this is a great analog synth, more than that... I haven't had any complications using it. The sound is fat like a real moog. Using it with ableton and sending midi via usb works like a wonder. Did'nt even have to install any drivers. If there is anything Behringer could improve, it would be a vst plugin to control the parameters and be able to automate them. Also, the DC cable could be a little bit longer and of better quality.

Great synth for the price

Sounds very good overall. No experience with an actual minimoog, but for the price this can't really be beaten. The only complaint I have is that the oscillators are fairly unstable and the tuning seems to bounce around so you have to re-tune them quite often, but other than that, I'm very happy with it.

Note that my ratings take into account the product's price.

I loved MiniMoog's sound but couldn't afford it given that I'm just a hobbyist. And even if I could afford it I'd probably not spend all that money on a vintage machine with no midi support that would cost me a fortune to maintain in the future. So, when I saw this clone from Behringer it was an instant buy. And heck I'm not regretting it. The sound is simply amazing, pretty much 100% like the original thing. Plus the guys at Behringer were cool enough to add an extra LFO and proper Midi support. The only downside is that the knobs are too close to each other and turning certain knobs becomes a tedious process. But for the price and the sound... Who cares?

As far as the comments about whether it's unethical or not that Behringer is cloning other people's circuits: Hardware and VST company giants are doing that for ages. I don't see why there's a difference in an analog modeling software based synth that is literally acting the same way a Moog circuit is and an equal analog circuit.
