A very good balance between quality and price

I have this system for about 1,5 years, the sound is beyond what I expected for this price.
It can handle easily a garden party but I use it as my home cinema speakers.

Pro's:
-Good build quality, nice solid materials
-Good sound and volume with no distortion
-plenty line in options

Cons:
-Bluetooth range is not so good, without walls between the phone and the system it starts interrupting at about 7-8 m.
-it has like a background noise when you're between songs or you watch a movie and it's silent

Overall a very good product

Ik kocht dit setje als alternatief van mijn Mackie DLM serie ...die ik verkocht wegens ziekte... na mijn beroertes (2stuks) kon ik niet langer sleuren met mijn materiaal en verkocht ik het ... nu gebruik ik dit nog enkel voor het schoolfeest en de discofuif op de school van mijn vrouw , die onderwijzer is , het setje heeft voldoende laag en de toppen klinken fantastisch , de Bluetooth werkt perfect en de 4 keuzes , eigenlijk 3 want de 4e is juist voor speech ... de 3 andere keuzes klinken gewoon goed ...voldoende power in het geheel en een mooi geluid , ik ben verliefd op mijn klein handig setje Fun Generation Satmix 2.1 ; een aanrader voor dit geld , de moeite !!

The product is very good and value for money, im very happy with the sound quality.some imperfections regarding the design (the woofer box is not sealed as one expects) but over all is a very good product

A bang for the buck !

Purchased for small gigs with an old skool band. Pubs etc.
The system performs really well and the Bluetooth works outstanding. There is however one quircky thing. And that is you can't use an XLR cable when you use a mic directly plugged in to the on board mixer. Push the knob "mic" and it is feedback an noise all over. I have been to Thomann Germany and found out that this was not af fault of the set I bought. The system at the shop also could not work with an XLR connected mic. You have to connect a mic with a jack plug! XLR cables can only be used while there is an external mixer connected ! The on board effects are limited to a sort of karaoke echo so a mixer is a must have for decent effects to mic or instrument. With an accoustic guitar it really sounds good., considered it is a very entry level priced set. Build quality is rugged and the knobs are very well protected by the housing. All in all, I am very pleased with the Fun Generation Satmix 2.1 ! Best choice is the bundle with stands and very fine speakon cables.
