A
Solid Book of Solid Bodies
"The Dream Factory - Fender Custom Shop" reveals the fancy side of the modern
Fender history. It features the story of the Shop and the
amazing products, but in the side you can also follow
the trends of the guitar industry - from Fender`s point of
view at least.
The book is pretty heavy in weight to browse in bed . . .
so I suggest you do that on a couch while daydreaming.
About 580 pages of quality photographs and introduction
to the workers and the custom orders. This book will keep
you busy for some time, and you might get bitten by the
Strat or Tele or Precision bug, if you have not been yet.
P.S. I ordered two books from Thomann, and they
arrived to me in an oversized box, and this book had
been bruised a bit. I guess they didn`t have adequate
box, but the "airbags" inside the box won`t keep the
books from moving around.
