Pienellä säädöllä oikein hyvä kitara

Tarvitsin kohtuuhintaisen sähkökitaran kotona soitteluun, joten päätin ostaa tämän testiin. Hinnasta huolimatta, tämä on oikeasti ihan hyvä kitara.

Hyvät puolet: Laadukas viimeistely, soi hyvin. Aika kevyt myös, seisaaltaan soittaminen on mukavaa tämän kanssa. Intonaatio oli kohdillaan suoraan paketista otettuna. Kielet vain vireeseen ja kitara oli oikeasti soittokelpoinen jo suoraan paketista.

Huonot puolet: Osa kielistä otti välillä nauhoihin kiinni soittaessa, ja otelaudan nauhat vaativat hieman työtä, koska osa niistä oli jätetty hieman karheiksi. Nämä eivät olleet isoja ongelmia korjata, kaularautaa hieman säätämällä, kieliä nostamalla ja nauhoja jynssäämällä soittotuntuma parani huomattavasti. Virityskoneisto, säätönupit ja mikinvalitsin tuntuvat hieman heikoilta, mutta toimivat silti täysin hyvin.

Loppuyhteenvetona sanoisin, että etenkin pienellä säädöllä tämä on ihan oikeasti hyvä kitara.

Affordable and nice beginners guitar

This is a very nice Gibson SG -stylish guitar.
Looks very nice, also plays quite nice.
The head-gear feels perhaps a bit flimsy, but does its job.
No separate tone or volume controls for the pickups, but for a novice like myself coming from the world of acoustic guitars it makes no difference at this time.
I've had a lot of fun practicing with this guitar for a few days now and for the price this a very well made and well-sounding instrument.

I can't believe this guitar costs as little as it does.

Received the guitar last night. And wow!
Firstly, big thanks to Thomann, as aside from needing a tune the guitar came set up correctly out of the box. Action was perfect and no intonation issues whatsoever.
Quality wise, the guitar is superb and the finish is sublime. One very small imperfection on the finish of the neck near between the 11th and 12th fret, but I only noticed it because I was scrutinising the guitar very closely!
It plays beautifully and sounds fantastic. The pickups give a lovely clear, rich sounds. I didn't detect any muddiness in tone at all.
If I had one minor complaint, it would be that the pickup selector switch feels a little bit flimsier than I would like it to be.
However, this is a sub-£100 guitar we're talking about and I don't want to give Thomann thought about raising their frankly excellent prices, but you could pay considerably more than that and still think this guitar was excellent value.
I'm not a gigging musician, so this will be used for recording at home and will be perfect for the job, although if I was still gigging I'd be more than happy to use this guitar on stage.
Bravo Thomann, you've got a very happy customer here and I will definitely be looking at Harley Bentons first the next time I want to add to my collection.
