If guitars were animals...

...this one would be a tiger. Pickups blew me away, great growl, still clear mids and highs. Pots and other electronic parts are doing their job very well, no need to update them. Neck feels gold, not too slim, not too bulky with silky finish. Love the over all look. I will change the machine heads to locking tuners eventually. Only critique: this is slightly nose heavy, but strap holds it balanced well enough when standing. I keep this in open G as my "Keith Richrds guitar". The Price: ridiculously cheap considering the overall quality and sound! This one made me a fan of HB guitars.

The feel of a more expensive instrument, and looks great!

In last years I've been trying and buying several guitars. I was quite skeptic about the Harley Benton brand, but I was wrong.

The finish of the guitar is very good and detailed. The frets feel a bit rough while bending, but there are not sharp edges. The fingerboard felt first very dry and a bit dirty. I cleaned it and oiled it and it changed completely.
The setup and the actions are well done, and the sound of the guitar is quite good.

For the price is a great deal, because you cannot find anything similar from Squier at that price range.

I don't give 5 stars only because (as often happes to me) the Thomann quality control is very bad.
I needed to return the first guitar cause the pickups were assembled out of their axes, and the pickup selector was completely broken.
A decent quality control should have noticed that.
The second guitar had no issues.
The other reason I don't give 5 stars are the tuning machines, which are not very precise.

Another good guitar

I ordered this as I just thought it would be a good complement in the collection of telecaster type guitars I have. Great service at Thomann as usual and when I opened the box the guitar was in tune and ready to plug in. The difference from the blue one with the Wilkinson hum buckers are the P90's that are just excellent. As always with a new guitar you have to play it for a while. Some becomes your friend and some don't. This one became my friend and for you who play rock and roll I hardly recommend to put 10-52's on this guitar. It is a stable piece of rock and roll guitar. The sound on the bridge pick up is rockin' and it screams good during solos. the middle position has that unique dirty rock and roll sound that brings you back to the 70's or even 60's. Depends on what you are playing through. Good solid neck, easy to play. You will never get another guitar in this price range with a name brand for the same money. You play the guitar, not the brand. I recommend!

Askartelin tämän kanssa aikani, mutta en saanut peliä oikein toimimaan. Mikit ovat ihan ok, mutta soittotatsia en saanut kohdalleen. Samoin intonaation kanssa oli melkoinen homma, eikä se sittenkään asettunut kohdalleen. Mittailemaan en alkanut, mutta epäilen, että talla ei ollut aivan kohdallaan. Voipi olla, että kyseessä oli huono yksilö, koska useimmat Bentonini ovat säätöjen ja viilailujen jälkeen toimineet loistavasti.
