Decent for the price

I got Millenium Quiheads for my first shell set (1x 10", 2x 12", 1x 14", 1x 20") and later on two more sizes (1x 13", 1x16") for an additional floor tom and a new snare, to replace the regular heads with them for my home kit. Overall, they are a good purchase for their cost. Below is a detailed analysis:

Pros:
1) Cost-effective: a good inexpensive alternative to the costlier mesh heads from bigger brands
2) Serve the purpose: extremely quiet heads. I play in my shared apartment, and never once did I get a complaint from my flat mates of being too loud.
3) Good fit: the fit matches the different desired drum sizes. The heads also have some headroom to allow for tuning high or low as per the rebound requirements.

Cons:
1) Not very durable: these onesbreak/tear more easily than others. I have stopped using the bass drum mesh head since that one broke the most easily. Would not recommend if you are these ones if you are a heavy hitter.
2) Different rebound: the rebound is obviously not the same as what you would expect of a regular head, but that is the case with mesh heads generally.
3) Reduced sensitivity to triggers: I play with triggers in my home kit and get the audio output in my ears, and I feel that the triggers are a little less responsive with these mesh heads in comparison to others, thus forcing me to hit heavier, resulting in con#2 mentioned above.

Overall, it serves the purpose of making the kit silent, and is more pocket-friendly, provided you are not breaking them frequently.

I found some mesh strings that could be cutted at the factory, and some inperfection.
Just details, totally playable.
Amazing for the price !

I use it at home, it's quiet enough on my Sonor !

Cons: Not perfect as an expensive Mesh head model.
Pro: Price, price and price. This is for practicing so ... ^^

Buen parche para bombo A2E

Elegí este parche fundamentalmente por el precio, pero tengo que reconocer que estoy muy satisfecho con su rendimiento, el sonido que proyecta es mínimo (he colocado una almohada como sordina en el interior del casco), y transmite la vibración al sensor perfectamente, incluso en semicorcheas con doble pedal. Hasta ahora no ha dado problemas de resistencia (uso maza de goma y protector en la zona de golpeo) y permite un buen grado de tensión, si os gustaba llevar el parche acústico del bombo bastante agudo. Es de una sola capa, y tal vez la ejecución no sea la mas parecida a un parche acústico, pero se defiende perfectamente y sobre todo, produce muy poco sonido.

Definitiv besser als Gummipads!

Vorweg: Ich spiele seit Jahren akustische Drums...bis vor ca. einem Jahr waren E-Drums für mich undenkbar... damit ich regelmäßig ohne großen Aufwand (Fahrt zum Bandraum) üben kann kaufte ich mir dann trotz meiner Bedenken ein E-Set. Und siehe da, "es tut nicht weh". Das Einzige, an das ich mich nicht gewöhnen konnte war das Gummi-Kick-Pad. Ein solches hat mit dem von mir gewohnten Spielgefühl nicht wirklich viel zu tun.
Eine gekürzte alte 20" Kick in Verbindung mit dem Millenium Quihead und einem 2Box-Trigger war meine Rettung! Das Spielgefühl ist sehr nahe an meinem A-Set (etwas mehr Rebound), kein Doppeltriggern mehr und meine Umwelt freut sich über noch leiseres Schlagzeugspiel. Ich bin von dieser Lösung begeistert und überlege, ob ich mir nicht ein kompletes A-E-Hybrid-Set zulege. Wer also nur ungern übt, kann sich mit dieser Kombination zumindest von der Spielgefühl-Ausrede :) befreien!
