Good guitar with some quality problems

I've always wanted V-shape guitar, but never met design that I really like. That's ended the day I've accidentally seen Solar V, so I've ordered it in a week.
I've received guitar just 3 days ago, so here what I can tell about it.
It's really the best V-shape guitar I've ever seen, it is very comfort to play it while standing, and there is even place to sat hand on. It sounds sweet and looks really agressive! You can have any sound, from blues guitar to death metal, having right effects. I really like this logo on the fretboard.
But what do I don't like about fretboard is it already cracked all the way around the logo and on the sides with huge cracks on 3-rd day! So I'm pretty sure there is problems with ebony wood drying process. And no, I'm not living in the cave, also I have automatic humidifying system, that holds humidity stable 35-40% 24/7/365. And I'm having 8 guitars with no problems for decades. So I'm having mixed feelings that it is kinda good and beautiful guitar on one side, and it has quality problems that doesn't fit it's price range at any angle on the other.

A very solid choice for the price

I bought it when they were using swamp ash.

Quality wise - it had some minor issues with the finish, which I fixed in a second with a fine sand paper. Fret edges were a bit rough. And switch broke down. So there was some stuff which I had to take care of, so that's that -1 star.

But other than that - fret work is good, action can be set low, neck is straight, tuners keep it in tune (it actually stays in tune better than higher tier schecter with locking tuners). And it looks superb. It is also very comfortable to play, thanks to the bevelled edge.

Pickups were okay, but I decided to replace bridge one with something with more output (I can recommend SD Alternative 8). that's where 1 star from sound went (it is personal though).

I would definitely buy it again. Overall - I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm impressed!

I've been trying to avoid V guitar because I'm not sure if it'll be comfortable or not. But since my wife wanted me to get V shape guitar for a birthday gift, I'll be stupid to pass the chance. But to my surprise, this guitar is very comfortable to play and I can easily dial a tone to my liking with just the stock pickup.

Many said otherwise, but I feel that the neck is smaller than my usual Jackson Kelly, but its something that I can adapt to for sure.

And for those who is skeptical, the finishing on this guitar is gorgeous, very clean and very neat. I have no trouble with it at all.

Most versatile guitar I played

I´m a metalhead(that´s why I bought this guitar)so i use a lot of heavy tones and this guitar provides them, but can also provide some chilling cleans or bluesy tones and the coil split makes it even more interesting
