Hyvälaatuinen shock mount halvalla

Sain tämän mikinpidikkeen EM-9600 mikkibundlessa. Käytän tätä kyseisen mikin kanssa.

Pidike on laadultaan ja hinnaltaan hyvä, se tekee työnsä ja siihen mahtuu monia eri 12-30mm halkaisijaltaan olevia mikkejä. Pidike on pitkä joten se sopii myös shotgun mikeille.

4 years on, never used it. Still in packaging. 1 star rating only because zero star rating is impossible. Seems like it would be a good piece of kit though.

This came in a bundle with the T.bone EM9900 long shotgun mic, but it is a bit useless:

If you mount the mic on the camera, the mic is far too long and can be seen in shot even when zoomed in quite a long way.

There is a screw thread for mounting this on a mic stand, but because there is no angle joint you end up having to use a boom arm to change the angle.

This might be more use with smaller mics, but I hardly ever use it.

Straightforward and well made

It is never worth ignoring the need for good treatment of your microphones. In camera work this is all the more important. the camera will probably need to be manipulated to get the shot you are after, so keeping handling noise to a minimum is a must. This little shock-mount is ideal. It is well built and simply constructed. I have used mine with many 22mm diameter microphones such as the Sony ECM678, Sennheiser MKH416, Audio Technica BP4029 and RODE NTG3, but it can also hold larger diameter mics such as the Neumann RSM191.
