Good quality Thon flightcase accessory

Perhaps just a little pricey but the quality of this is more that OK.

Mind when you drill the holes from the inside out to put a piece of wood on the outer surface and drill downwards, so you drill into that wood.
This is to prevent that the outer protection layer of the case gets too splintered. Otherwise the pop nails might not cover the damaged wood. With a wood block is goes well.

Also plan firts were to put the nails, there might be too less otherwise.

Wir haben die Trennwand in einer kleinen 80x30x30 Thon-Kiste verbaut und mit XLR-Kabeln vollgepackt. Der Einbau war nicht ganz einfach - wer nur eine manuelle Poppnieten-Zange verwendet, merkt schnell, dass er doch etwas Kraft verwenden muss, um die Nieten sauber einzuziehen.

Beim Selbsteinbau muss man nur darauf achten, dass beim Bohren das Case-Holz nicht zu sehr splittert. Der Einbau dauerte 20min. und fertig. --> Kabel rein und Case hochkant in den Transporter. Die Trennwand hat auf jeden Fall gehalten, das soll sie schließlich auch.
Abzüge gibts von mir für herausstehende Nieten innen und leicht gewölbte Rasterungen, für die man beim Einbau eine dritte Hand benötigt. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.
