table and baffle are precise, the ligature that comes with the mouthpiece marks the material, I'd expect better for the price and brand prestige.

Good sound - not so good craftsmanship!

Sounds very good, using Vandoren 3,5 reeds - the craftsmanship of the mouthpiece is poor though, uneven and the material is too soft as there are tooth marks even through a protective pad - after a couple of months. Pity as sound is very good...

Tolles Mundstück

Ich war nicht sicher, ob ich nun schon so weit bin, ein Jazz Mundstück zu blasen. Anfang des Jahres hab ich ein Vandoren Java ausprobiert, das aber zu offen für mich war, und ich es zurückschicken musste, weil ich keinen Ton herausbekam. Nach Beratung vom Thomann-Brass-Team (DANKE !!!) hab ich jetzt das passende Mundstück für mich gefunden. Es spricht wirklich gut an. Der Sound ist zwar härter als erwartet, aber das liegt vermutlich (noch) an mir.
Was aus meiner Sicht zu bemängeln ist, ist die Blattschraube. Die Qualität entspricht nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Die Schrauben beissen nicht ordentlich an (man muss nachdrücken,.....) und es ist ein Teil mit eigenartiger Haptik. Ich habs gleich weggepackt. Glücklicherweise passt die Blattschraube von meinem bisherigen Mundstück. Schade, dass man auch beim Preis dieses Mundstücks keine Blattschraube in entsprechneder Qualität dazu bekommt. Denn das Mundstück ist wirklich toll.
Darum: Kaufempfehlung!

pas la qualité des bec vando mais fait le job.
Il me fallait un bec un peu plus fermé pour faire moins "de bruit...
loterie Babbit avec garantie de retour thomann...et zou...et bien c'est gagné je suis bien tombé, qualité correcte et son impec. Lles copains sont contents je fais moins de bruit.
Je suis surpris par ce bec il est facile à jouer et il peut être surprenant si on veut le pousser un peu.
