This is a magnificent box to play with. I use it on a bass guitar and it's a real Swiss army knife. You can use it as a filter in a variety of ways (get an expression pedal!), an envelope filter, an envelope generator, a dirt pedal, a booster, a tremolo (6 different wave shapes and crazy speeds!), a wobble source ;-) and so much more if you get creative.
There's a bit of a learning curve for a filter novice like me but on the other hand you learn a lot when you sit down with it and just twist knobs.
Using the LFO to drive the VCA tends to cause repetitive noise (glitches / pops) in the output, which limits the usefulness of that functionality if you want a pristine signal.
The build quality seems very good.
I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to sculpt the outputs of their instruments and isn't afraid to wander a bit left of the center.
