Great and quite useful

It's more of a necessary evil. You need to charge with the right type of charger otherwise you introduce noise, so, you go for this. You're outside and need to stop the lovely condenser mics from hissing with the winds, you get this. You're in the odd position of recording a flute on the fo while mixing it, thus, requiring two headphones so that the player can play on time, you go for this. Case closed. Thank you Zoom for showing us that in times of need, the price must is paid. I even bet that I'll be commenting somewhere in the future on the next zoom overpriced "optional (but you actually need it) kit."

I am generally happy with this package, with the following caveats:
1? The adapter cable to lower the line level to camera level, did not work, which I found out to my great annoyance, when trying to do my first MTR recording.
However, looking on the bright side, a new cable was immediately dispatched when I phoned Thomann.
2?This is a suggestion: it would be nice to have a remote control included in the package, although this would obviously increase the prize; which I would be happy to pay.
Despite my expressed misgivings, I would recommend this product.

Very handy recorder

I've used this for many field recordings and for getting ideas down when jamming. The inbuilt mics are great for most of these uses.
