19 canaux sur une simple connexion USB, trop beau pour être vrai?

Probablement si vous etes extremement exigeant. Il n'est pas possible d'esperer la meme qualite de 19 canaux digitalises directement au micro (en 48kHz/24-bit PCM) qui sont ensuite transmis par la connexion USB que celle qu'on pourrait obtenir avec 19 sources analogiques digitalisees par une console haut de gamme. Ce n'est pas du tout le meme prix ni la meme complexite d'installation non plus.

Je ne suis pas du tout expert en son donc mon evaluation... a prendre avec un grain de sel. Mais en utilisation pour une prise de son tournage, dans un environement pas si facile (piece fermee avec beaucoup d'echo, alternance de conversation et utilisation d'outils percussifs bruyants), j'ai ete tres satisfait de la qualite de separation des sources qu'on arrive a obtenir avec un micro unique et une mise en place tres facile (un micro, une perche, un cable USB, un mac, difficile de faire plus simple).

Prochains tournages on aura j'espere les moyens de faire travailler un vrai inge son, ca sera l'occasion de recueillir ses impressions et de comparer avec des set up multi micro classiques.

J'aurais mis 5 etoiles sur la qualite de fabrication, mais petit bemol la prise micro usb sur le micro est perfectible, le connecteur ne peut pas etre insere a fond, il peut sortir assez facilement, et du coup je craindrai un petit risque de deconnexion intempestive sur un boom qui bouge beaucoup, meme en strappant bien le cable.

Das Zylia Ambisonic Microfon ist top verarbeitet und mit der dazugehörigen Software einfach zu bedienen. Die Kalibration und Aufnahme und das initiale Mixing der Tracks erfolgt ausschließlich über Zylia Software. Im Produktpaket waren keine License Keys enthalten. Bei der Bestellung solltest du deshalb ein bis zwei zusätzliche Tage auf die Lieferung rechnen, bis du mit dem Gerät einsatzbereit bist, denn die Softwarelizensierung erfolgt per Support Anfrage an den Hersteller. Die Aufnahmequalität ist bei niedrigem bis mittlerem Schalldruckpegel sehr gut. Die interne Multi-Track Separierung funktioniert nur bei "aufgeräumtem" Raumklang. Erwarte keine Studioqualität der einzelnen Tracks bei einem lauten Proberaumjam o.Ä.. Es wird reichlich übersprechen zwischen den Tracks hörbar sein, aber ein wenig mixen lässt sich ein spontaner Mitschnitt trotz Allem. Leider hat bei einem meiner längeren Recordings garkeine Aufzeichnung stattgefunden. Das war extrem ärgerlich, denn es handelte sich um eine Liveshow, die ich gleichzeitig mit einer 360 Grad Kamera gefilmt habe. Ich konnte bislang nicht nachvollziehen ob es an meiner Setup Konfiguration des Zylia lag, oder ein technisches Problem der Grund dafür war.
