Excellent son !

J'ai toujours voulu avoir une tête d'ampli, mais je n'ai jamais sauté le pas. Ayant pris l'habitude des simulateurs d'amplis virtuels au fil des ans pour la simplicité d'enregistrement et de call backs de sessions audio, je me suis dit qu'il était temps de passer au niveau supérieur. Et je n'ai pas été déçu !

J'ai hésité avec d'autres marques classique pour le combiner avec l'atténuateur Torpedo, mais j'ai fini par choisir ce modèle car c'était intégré à la tête. Et la possibilité de couper la fonction des Virtual Cabs était un plus également.

Le son en lui même est bluffant. Très précis et très propre. J'ai fait des tests A/B avec les meilleurs simulateurs d'amplis virtuels, et bien il n'y a pas photo ! Le black Spirit gagne haut la main !

Encore mieux, il gagne en qualité en combinant le pre ampli à des IR virtuels. J'ai fait des tests, entre autres, avec le Reaxis de Mercuriall:
-Preamp Reaxis OFF - Cab ON
-Preamp Black Spirit ON - Cab OFF

Un gros son, bien proche de nos groupes de metal préférés fin 80, début 90. Précis, net, et puissant !

Et pour les métalleux, oui, il Chug bien comme il faut ! C'est un bonheur.

Les effets sont aussi le bonne qualité. Et l'app iOS marche très bien, aucune latence. Et la possibilité d'enregistrer et de charger des presets est bienvenue.

Si je devais refaire cette achat, je le ferait sans hésiter !

C'est mon premier ampli de guitare de cette marque, et je ne suis pas du tout déçu, la qualité de fabrication est superbe, et le son est tout simplement magnifique tant en clean qu'en distorsion.

Great sounding Amp!

I bought this amp for a few reasons:
1- Duel Voltage (100-220) this is great if you live in the Americas /Japan and moving or traveling to Europe or visa versa. This was a major reason for me as I’m scheduled to move the the U.S. in a year or so.
2- This amp is multi wattage (2/20/200 selectable) so no matter what size room I’m playing in a have a wattage to match and get a great sound... Speaking of...
3- This amp sounds great! Like clean? You got it! Light break-up on a clean channel? Yep speak of if you a little gain to the clean it sounds AMAZING and warm - and very responsive- best I’ve heard.
Crunch and Lead is where I spend most of my time and well? What can I say, I really like what I can do and the sounds I can get with these channels.
The Ultra channel has a little to much Gain for me so I don’t spend to much time playing here but I’ll tell it does "chug".

I do have two cons:
1- The foot pedal is not included (which is okay) but the cost of the pedal is pretty expensive in my opinion. With that said though it is well made.
2-The buttons and knobs feel a little cheap. The buttons in particular seem real cheap which I find disappointing considering the price point and the quality of other H&K amps.

Overall I’m very happy with the amp and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of amp.

Sometimes things that seem to be too good to be true actually are!

I’ve been an hk user for years, switchblades. I was really tossing up between this and the gmd 40, in the end I liked all functionality and robustness as well as size and weight of this so thought I’d take a chance and keep my old valve amps as a back up. I was not disappointed! I’m getting amazing tones out of this straight from the box. It feels very valve like to play and has so much headroom on the clean. I’m loving the distorted tones and the whole thing feels more linear than valves and it is super sensitive to where you set the guitar volume and how hard you hit the strings so it adds a new dimension for me. Th app is brilliant and easy to use and I love you can stream music to it. A great practice and live amp. Love it and didn’t expect to
