BOSE L1 Model II with B2 sub - great gear!

For me BOSE L1 Model II with B2 sub is the best possible solution for gigs like wedding receptions and parties up to 150-200 people. I sometimes play alone (vocal+keybord or MP3s), but I usually play with full live band (acoustic drums, bass guitar, electric guitar (preamp only without any cab), keyboard + vokal). Mics for the drums- kick, snare, hh, oh. I played at wedding party with my band and it really filled the venue with the great sound punchy and the SPL was high enough. Some guest even came to ask us to lower the volume The horizontal dispersion is really great ? all the people can hear the same sound, but the mids are just incredible! Vocals and live acoustic instrumensts sound so natural and full. I don?t notice any lack of highs (as some people say?) There were no problems with feedback at all. We use only one L1 system with one B2 sub. Now I just want to add one more B2 sub+ PackLite amp to get even deeper kick-drum sound. In the future I am going to buy one more L1 set to get stereo sound and higher SPL for bigger venues. We use YAMAHA 01V96 console but I connect it to the BOSE system throught the stereo inputs 4/5 on the ToneMatch mixer and I choose the ?Low Volume Music? preset from T-M Engine for these inputs. I switch the compressor off for the inputs 4/5 on the ToneMatch. I highly recommend this system for every band and DJs!
