Unbelievable.

I did a lot of research before taking the plunge on this purchase. This was by no means a compulsive buy. I needed a single string at a specific gauge, a string that you could tune, a string that you could bend, a string that you could slide, snap and pop. I’m pleased to say this string ticked all the right boxes.

It wasn't in tune out of the packet but once on the guitar it tuned up nicely. This string takes pedals well and even does metal. But the best thing is that it fits on most guitars.

If you are in the market for a string, this string should be near the top of your list!

Since I bought it I cant put this string down. Amazing!

This is a really nice little step up from a .009 that I have religiously used for the last few years however exploring various new tunings required me to use thicker strings to accommodate various tensions. I was pretty sceptical as to how this would feel to me even though it is a minute step up from the string gauge I normally use however I could see myself using these more often as the extra little thickness gives a tiny bit more warmth to the sound and shaves a bit off of the brightness which is really nice for lead playing.

Why is this string so good? I love 9's, but my jaguar loves 10's. This string is a compromise between the two of us! It might not seem like such a big deal, but it just gives that extra tension without too much extra thickness. Long lasting (it keeps up with my blue steels as far as longevity goes), and nice and sparkly sound. Great product. Superb price.

If your 9' feels too floppy

Good string, it's worth to try it if you feel like you need just a tad bigger high E string and the 10' feels too heavy. :)
