Nice sound , nice performance

The DiMazio Evo 2 Bridge is an excellent pick up for any electric guitar , I use it in a Jackson Dinky and I am very satisfied with the result ! ! !
As the music gen : I can say that I play rock, latin rock , pop , ska , Latino , cumbia , etc . And the versatility of this pick up ( with the little help of an effect of course ) let me performance in almost ANY KIND of music .
Really nice for clean sound and GREAT for over drive , this pick up I can recommend it to everybody .
Also I tried it directly to an amplifier ( Marshall ) and it was a good sound using just the amplifier effects , so . . . if you want to have a nice sound for ANY electric guitar , maybe this is the pick up that you need .
I did not try it for hard music ( as heavy metal or trash metal ) , but from my expirience with this pick up I can say that if you use the corect effect and know how to set it , you will make a good job with this DiMarzio .

This is a brilliant bridge pickup. Spilt sound is very authentic, and the character of the tone is very modern. I have it installed into my GOC Materia Standard 6, and it absolutely slaps!

Je suis depuis quelques années un fan inconditionnel du son de Vai, et jusqu'à présent je ne l'ai jamais vu poser sa signature sur du matériel de mauvaise qualité. Encore une fois avec ce micro il ne déroge pas à cette règle et nous offre avec dimarzio un micro taillé pour le shred, mais aussi pour les guitaristes rythmiques. Le niveau de sortie est plus faible que celui de son ancêtre, mais il garde toutefois ce son un peu chimique, précis, et bourré d'harmoniques.
Comme dit plus haut, ce micro est signé Vai et ça se sent. Peu importe si vous aimez un petit overdrive ou une grosse distorsion, ce micro s'accommode de tout, sauf du clean où il devra être splitté pour obtenir un résultat plus que convaincant.
Au final c'est un micro que je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent redonner du jus à une guitare un peu mollassonne, ou faite de bois un peu neutres (basswood pour ma part).

Ein sehr ausgewogener Tonabnehmer,
eventuell mit einem Schnatz Betonung auf die "Vocal"-Frequenzen in den Hochmitten.

Bissig genug um sich durchzusetzen, aber definitiv kein Ear-Piercer.
