Heavy duty, look great
These are very heavy duty tuners that seem incredibly reliable and hold their tuning really well. The nickel finish looks really good. However, they are quite heavy, resulting in my P bass being quite head-heavy. Not a huge issue for me but just be aware. Also, two of the tuners (the ones that ended up on my D and G strings) are quite stiff to turn, I'll have to wait and see if they loosen up with more time (I've had the tuners installed for about a month now).
I had to sand the bored tuner holes (the large holes) on my Fender J bass replacement neck a little bit to accommodate these (not very much though).

Not the usual Gotoh quality
Gotoh hardware is usually great quality. These tuners weren't.
One of the tuners had far too much slack. Tightening the tuner did not help.
One of the tuners also had VERY sharp edged on the "ear". I had to file the edge to avoid cutting myself.
Very disappointing from the normally superb Gotoh, especially when considering the price.
The tuners that worker properly were great but Gotoh's quality control is clearly not good enough. Very unusual, this is the first time ever that I've not been happy with a Gotoh product.
