Excellent value for money
I bought this as a practice amp for my daughter. I am super satisfied. It has some great practice features (sounds good at low volume, has a built in drum machine), Side by side with a more expensive and larger amp it wouldn't sound as good but there are no compromises in this one that would hurt her practice.
If you want an small amp for home practice, you can't go past this.
Here's some things it doesn't have that may be deal breakers for you
1) No Line out or usb interface (it does have a headphone out)
2) No effect loop
3) Will not be loud enough for band use
Otherwise it sounds great to my old ears, and this is the important bit, at LOW VOLUME. Yes my tube head sitting on a 2x12 cab sounds better, but only for 5 minutes until my neighbours call the police.
There are 8 amp models(JC Clean, Clean , Tube Screamer, Blues, Crunch, Lead, Rythm, and Metal ) and they all sound satisfying. there are 6 effects on two knobs - Delay/Reverb, and Chorus/Flanger/Phaser/Tremolo - with a bit or trial and error there are few tones you won't be able to simulate.
Best of all (it was actually the feature that made me get it) for practice it has a drum machine with 36 patterns in it. So you can jam to a drummer which in my mind is a great practice tool.
And as an added bonus it is tiny and light. You could bring it with in a backpack without any trouble.

Little monster JamBox
Well, when I searched for a some little combo up to 20W, there were a couple of variants:
20W and 40W Harley Banton Combo and a few others made by different companies.
But, when I found this little guy - ordered it at the same moment.
And that was a really good decision because it's really the best combo for apartments.
Pros:
1. Compact
2. Powerful - 15W, completely enough for apartment. Never played on more than 60% of loudness.
3. A lot of effects and, actually, they sound good.
4. Excellent distortion. If I could know that it is so good - I would not order distortion pedal.
5. Drum-machine.
6. Price
Cons:
1. It would be nice if in effects would be looper. At least 30 sec. It will be absolutely killer-combo, I swear.
2. It can't play from 9V battery.
3. This kid can't fly
If you order this little monster - you'll get a really powerful combo with really great functionality for a good price.
I can recommend this combo for everyone who need metal monster for apartments.

Very good, for the price
I bought this amp because I wanted a cheap amp for practicing at home. Since I am not a musician, I don't have the need for an expensive amp to which I can connect a variety of pedals and control every aspect of the sound it produces. I should say I was very pleasantly surprised with this little marvel, since it has so many effects to play with, it allows you to have hours and hours of fun very cheaply. I honestly think it is everything a begginer or a hobbyist can wish for

Probably the best practice amp for the money.
This little guy really packs a punch and is delightfully versatile. For what it is, it does its job perfectly and provides a lot of decent tones for a beginner player when they are just starting to discover their style. You can easily go from practicing some clean or crunchy stuff to outright extreme metal (which I personally prefer) and play around with built in effects without a need for dedicated pedals.
I also own the immensely hyped Blackstar Fly 3 and I have to be honest that while the latter may be one of the best near pocket sized amps, this HB outperforms the Fly in every other aspect. Which actually is surprising to me, because a friend of mine had a much older predecessor of this Harley Benton amp and boy did it sound terribly screechy with no low end. With this new version, you get full bodied pleasant tones (not speaking in recording terms, although I can't see a reason why one couldn't record a respectable demo with this amp). It goes to show that over the years, Harley Benton has come a long way in terms of sound and quality and the reviews here don't lie. Going in a little bit sceptic into this purchase, I'm now more than pleased.
Only con I can think of is that while there are a plethora of built-in beats to play to, it doesn't feature a simple click metronome which would be far more useful. Also the selection of the backing track and its tempo could be more intuitive. Then again, it does have an AUX input as well so you can easily practice to whatever audio file you want.
All in all, a highly recommended purchase for this price.

Small but mighty!
A small factor amplifier which gives lots of fun.
Its 15W are really loud for a room, but might be perfect for small gigs or big parties.
The emulated amplifiers feel... different, giving an impression of the intended sounds. Of course it doesn't sound like a lamp amplifier, but it also doesn't make you carry around a dosen of various pedals.
It perfectly does its job and lets you switch between sounds and music genres at a click! (actually at a switch)
You have all the sounds and effects you need to play any music.
Did i mention it is light and compact???
The rythm option provides you an extra band member, and the gig is on.
I still have to figure out the exact options for it, but it's quite intuitive in handling by pressing the buttons.
Overall it's a fantastic piece of equipment at a fraction of price compared to other "big/famous" names!!! And why would you pay more if you have this bargain?!?!

Ideal device for an apartment
Great build. Super packaging. Packed very securely, you don't have to worry about safety on the way. All adjustments work. There is an effect from each turn of the knob and from each mode. The built-in percussion instruments sound good and are quite varied. While living in a city apartment, it allows you to enjoy playing the guitar, without problems with neighbors.

Great
Got it mainly for the effects. Everything works great though the headphone output is a bit crackly.

Small but smart
What else do you need for such a price? Here and emulation of various amplifiers, pedals and sound effects, and a built-in drum machine. (With the help of effects, you can achieve the sound of many artists of the 20th century. You can experiment forever =)
Yes, you should not flatter yourself, and you should not wait for a fat, bass sound. But he fulfills his goals perfectly. For rehearsals and home gigs, this is a great combo. (And a bold sound can be obtained by muffling the string with the palm of your hand, near the bridge).
Before buying, listen carefully to the sound examples - they correspond to reality.
The build quality is excellent. Very loud.
I also connected an electro-acoustic guitar. Everything sounds, there are no problems, you can chop metal on it.
