Fancy guitar should have fancy case.
It was my first expirience with thomann.de. Six years ago I just got the guitar of my school age dream - my black Jackson RR3 from 2001. After a year I've started gigging a lot, so I needed a hard case for my guitar. It's hard to find cases for guitars with extreme shape in my country, specialy made of carbon. Trying to deal with local stores wasn't successful, the price was too high and delivery time was about a half of a year. Fortunately friend of mine gave me advise to check out thomann.de. There I saw a lot of hard cases for guitars with extreme shape including the Original Jackson case for King V and RR. The price was affordable and delivery time was short. I was really surprised with servise. The quality of the product also surprised me, Jackson guitars takes care about their acssesorises the same as guitars. The interior of the case perfectly fits my guitar and give it no move inside. The biggest horn of RR isn't on the edge, it's gently covered with foam and plush. The shape of the case is also designed very smart, unlike the others hard shell cases for extreme shape guitars it's very compact. It's easy to take it on every rehearsal and transport it without car because of the shape and light weight. The latches work brilliantly thru the years, had no problem with it. At the momet it keeps my guitar in save and fresh for five years.

The best case for a Rhodes or King V
Quite simply, the best case you could have for a Rhodes guitar or a King V. I have 2 of these for both of my Jacksons and not only do they offer the best protection for the guitar but they also make standing them up a doddle.

Great for storage/travel but not for carrying
I bought this 4 years ago and it was money well spent. Very sturdy and you can 100% travel with this without worry.
Looks great, storage on the inside for bits n bobs.
Looks great with the Jackson name on the side
The biggest issue is where the handle is. The weight is so off center and makes it very awkward to carry. All the weight dips to the front so you have constant strain on your hand/wrist and arm.
Overall great value, quality and look, but due to the handle position I can't give it 5 stars

Looks sturdy, but a couple of watch outs
OK so firstly this was my first thomann purchase and I've been really impressed. This case showed as in stock, so I ordered it around 4PM Thursday. Here we are on Monday and it's been delivered!! Awesome!
Anyway, case was really well packed, opened her up and it looks awesome. Really pleased I stuck with a branded case for my baby. The moulded body area will hold an rr shape, king V or demmelition style V. The storage section is decent enough, and the case looks really sturdy - in particular the clasps looks like they'll withstand heavy gigging. Overall, Im happy with it.
However, couple of minor reservations...
The top hinge hasn't been installed straight - not sure if this will turn into a problem but it doesn't look like it's been screwed in the right place on one side - might just be this one but worth a mention.
The case isn't evenly balanced - its heavier at the headstock end than the body which means you have to be careful when carrying it. Again, not a major issue but I'll be peeved if I knock it on a kerb or steps when I'm carrying it.

Hinges broke very fast
Handling quite okay, bit heavy on the headstock.
After a short time, the hinges started to get crooked, maybe I had a bad one where they weren't in the right spot (which is crucial for this type of case). And then they broke, tearing part of the plastic case with it.
It was not used in a wrong way or handled without care. This is the first and only case that broke on me. Waited a long time to purchase it because it's a pretty big investment. Very disappointed that it didn't last longer than that.
From now on: only rectangular cases with straight hinges.

Could be better
I use it for my Jackson KV7 BKS Corey Beaulieu
Pros:
- Fits the guitar (marginally).
- Very good construction. Looks very "resistant" / "durable".
- Can stand both horizontally and vertically.
Cons:
- Small inner compartment for your extra equipment
- You will have to remove the strap from the guitar in order to better fit it in the case.
- The handle position is wrong. It is not in a good position in order to balance the case and guitar.
- It is a bit bulky. The case is big. It will not fit on my car's boot and believe me the boot is BIG. I have to fold the rear seats.
Overall
It is a good case that makes you feel confident about the security of the guitar, but it could be better.

Fast delivery and in perfect shape
My delivery arrived faster than i expected just in 2 weeks (it is fast considering i ordered it from Mexico during December very close to Christmas/New Years Eve season)
The packaging was perfect (a Thomann Box that protected the original package box with the product inside)
The only thing that cause me a bit of trouble was the delivery as i had to reclaim it very far away from my address, but well that is something i dont mind but others may not.
The case was exactly the model i was looking for, although as a generic case you must be patient and mark a bit the shape of the guitar inside the case. Dont expect that any King V / Rhoads inmediatly will fit in but in my case, in one day it fitted very well

jackson V case review
i bought this one a while back and the quality/ price ratio is incredible. the handle is very sturdy as is the entire case. the guitar is positioned very well and is tight in place when the case is closed. the only thing i'd say can be "better" or different about the case is the compartment for cables etc inside. this could be bigger, maybe acrtoss the length of the neck space for the guitar. other than this, there is nothing "bad" to say about this product. a great buy for anyone using a jackson V or Rhoads model.

Feels like a million Bux
This case is all you can ask for if you have a King V
I own a Jackson JS32T King V and it fits perfectly.
with very soft inner lining and a storage compartiment.
And the outer shell is very robust !
