Sturdy stand
I use this stand for my Akai APC 40 when I do live looping and mixing and I must say it's better than a table for what I use it for and it has a weight capacity for that matter. I can press buttons without the stand moving at all and it's really easy to adjust to fit any circumstance :)

Solid as a rock
I own two of them and use them in my home studio. Very solid to hold a heavy book and a 2,5kg laptop at the same time. Highly recommended!
