Well,ummm,it's a battery
Anonymous 14.07.2016
If you're looking for a 9v battery, this is a 9v battery. It provides power to things that require a 9v battery As a helicopter, totally useless. As a 9v battery ,perfect. It will provide power for a certain amount of time, after that time elapses it will no longer provide power. As such it serves as a metaphor for the ephemeral and transient nature of being and provides proof(if any were needed)that entropy is the prevailing force in our all too brief existence. Also it tickles your tongue if you lick it.Hope you found this useful, next week's topic...trousers first ,THEN shoes.

All is well, with Maxell.

This device gives me electric power and has endless possibilities:

Smoke detectors, teasing people by letting them taste electricity with their tongues, radios, a throwing weapon when you want to attack your relatives or partner, improving life skills; everybody should be able to replace a 9v battery, buying it to show of to your friends that you recycle 'old' batteries, guitar-pedals, solving your science problems, guitar preamps, rc car controllers, small talk prop in social situations (why did you buy that battery, what do you use it for, the design, the possibilities)

Every human being should have a Maxell M9V in their life. :-)

Ps. Only use them when you really need them. In guitar pedals they are the most lazy and unreliable way to get you power. Please use powersupplies/adapters for guitarpedals.

long lasting
Anonymous 25.01.2017
Of course it won't last forever, but I've just replaced the one in my Fender acoustic after 2 years. This powers the built in tuner and as I use a capo a lot, and therefore re-tune quite a lot it has had a fair amount of use. I also use one in my Martin (which is a pain to change the battery in) and carry a couple of spares. When all is said it's just a 9 volt battery, but it has proved more reliable than others I have used in the past and there would be little worse than to have to change the battery in the Martin in the middle of a gig. I will order more of them.

You always need a spare one for your active bass
kvegh 07.06.2020
This is a 9V battery. One always has to have one in the gigbag in case the one in the bass is dead.
