Good quality bag, has issues though.

This does a job, but ...

I'd rather just put my pedals in some generic canvas bag.

While this just about takes a double pedal and connecting rod it has very limited padding front and back and the zips are fair bulging when you've packed it.

It has a shoulder strap and a hand strap, but the shoulder strap is very flimsy and the hand strap takes up a precious hand while you are busy trying to deny the existence of two trips.

It has a little pocket on the front which is basically worthless because it only has a little velcro tab to hold it shut so if it inverts you'll likely find it spills whatever is in there which has any weight (drum key? Allen keys?). You might as well throw those in with sticks or similar.

So I've got a cymbal bag on my bag which is heavy and full of expensive pies, that is priority #1. I've got a snare case in one hand which needs minding. A throne in another hand which while unlikely to suffer damage is cumbersome and marking up walls and doorways and knocking into stuff. I've usually a finger or two clutching a little accessory/fun bag with sticks and tape and felts and toold and I've got this sort of thrown across my shoulder.

It swings around and clashes with the cymbal bag and that is why I wish the shoulder strap was more substantial. I wish it had space for felts and tools and the front pocket was a better design.

I can't spare a hand for it, thus I'd rather use a backpack or something with a reliable shoulder strap.

I replaced the strap with a decent one off an old piece of luggage and now it is much more reliable, at least it looks the part, I don't know why they sell these bags designed to hold hugely expensive items which have shoulder straps which wouldn't last as a belt for a build-a-bear.

G
for the price it does what it needs to, hold a double pedal
G-Evans 28.04.2018
I needed a pedal bag just for putting an old set of pedals in that wont get moved around much. The bag might not be great for someone who is playing constant gigs where its going to get a lot of wear and tear but it's better quality than i thought it would be for the price. I've had a cheap camera bag before that fell apart with not uch use, but this is alright, it definitely feels like it wouldn't just fall apart unless you intentionally misuse it and damage it.

The pocket on the side isn't great, the velcro flap with gaps at the side i wouldnt trust to hold anything vasluable, and the pocket isn't big enough for drum sticks. Though i didn't perticularly need the bag to have a side pcoket anyway. For just a cheap bag for holding a double pedal it does the job.

Cheap, Cheerful, and Reliable.

If you want something sturdy, then invest in a hardcase, but this case really does the job, it's robust and has stood the test of time. Good for transporting double kicks, but will work fine for single pedals too.
Would recommend if you're on a budget.

S
It's a great bag but with 1 flaw
Stephane4242 22.06.2017
Honestly for the price, the quality is excellent. Feels solid enough to sustain time and transport.
I bought this to be able to transport my single bass drum pedal and have room for few other bits, like a multiclamp, the drum key, a microphone a XLR cable...
My Iron Cobra 600 fit perfectly in it and there is enough room for all the extra I listed above. But there is 1 flaw that I find SO annoying and stupidly designed.
Inside there is a diagonal divider that is attached only on one corner, meaning that the partition inside, that would make for a perfect ? bag is rendered useless because of this. The small bits are falling at the bottom of the bag, you feel like everything is going to rattle and get displaced every time you lift the bag. Once a gain the ration quality/price is amazing but that divider inside is really stupid and could have made the 5 star mark if it was simply attached on both opposite corner.
