The better of the two 2x12" Orange cabs IMO
I have an Orange PPC412 and decided a couple of years ago to get the PPC212 as well. I didn't like it at all as much as the 4x12" cabinet. It sounded muffled and dull to my ears. I tried swapping the speakers to no avail. Eventually I sold that cabinet.
So when I first had the thoughs on buying the PPC212-COB I was a bit sceptic, but as the AD30 combo sounds good and have the same dimensions, I was willing to give it a try as I think the size of this cab is perfect. Not too big and heavy to carry and not too small that it makes your tone sound small.
I did buy it and I am very pleased. It's light enough to carry with one (strong) hand, it sounds good and it's as well built as the UK-built cabinets.
I did replace one of the speakers with a Jensen C12K for a wider palette of sounds, and now the cab really sings. I cannot even compare it with the closed back cabinet as it sounds so much better in every way.
Three stars on features as the only feature is; two jacks for daisy-chaining. I wouldn't want more features in a cab anyway.
Four stars on sound as swapping one of the V30 to the Jensen raised it to a five.

A good 2x12 cab
I was looking for a matching cab for my Orange AD30 amp. I was torn between the open back and the closed back 2x12 cabinets, since the 4x12 was too heavy and pricey, and the 1x12 was not big enough. Finally I decided to buy the open back due to its lower price. I couldn't be much happier, since for the music that I play (blues, rock) the open back cabinet is much more suitable than the closed back. The V30 speakers do their job, and the cab is solid as a rock. I highly recommend it if you have an Orange head.

Great Cabinet
Not only does this look stunning, it sound incedible. What can I say - Orange Engineering
Just be sure when you're buying a soft case to get the right one. You need the cover for the Combo not the closed back amp!

Does what it's supposed to do.
This is a very good open back 2x12 that really compliments my Orange Dual Terror. No frills. Solid. And decent sounding.

Amazing guitar cab!
Amazing guitar cab, I use it with a Micro Terror for practice and with a Marshall DSL in the studio.
The open back gives it a really full sound.
The only thing I gonna change is that I gonna instal some wheels, that's the reason why I give it 4 stars in the features section.
And well it looks AWESOME ;)

Lovely sounding 2 x 12 cab!!
This cabinet is extremely well built robust.
the Vintage celestion 30's handle very well at high volume.
Great looking cabinet and matches perfectly with the Orange 120 solid state amp I own too
