Basic Strap
This is a basic, no nonsense guitar strap, simple and neutral looking, durable quality, adjustable length, made from cotton which is comfortable to wear even when sweating on stage. There is no padding, so best for light instruments.

Just like its sister 50CT01, but black!
I had already the white version of that so I already knew what to expect.
Good looking strap (obviously, less fancy that the white one), of good quality , it's not slippery and it's probably on the wide side of this category (which is good because it means, it's more comfortable). Oh, good price , too.
I use them on my main guitars and I recommend them to people that are looking for a simple, practical non-leather strap with discreet looks and great price.

Decent value and comfortable
I've always preferred cotton or canvas straps to leather or nylon as I've found them to be more comfortable when playing for a long time, particularly if playing heavy guitars like a Jazzmaster or Jazz Bass. The weave on the strap itself is thick and seems very sturdy. One thing that you should be aware of with this is that the buckles and strap end fittings are made of plastic. My other canvas straps have metal buckles which I know are strong; even though the plastic on this strap seems quite chunky and solid, I will be aware of going very heavy if using it live, as I have a fear that those parts could crack under significant strain - this is something that time will tell.
The strap ends seem to be made of a better material than most strap ends and are quite thick. The problem with these ends, as with many cheaper straps, is that the holes for the strap pins are not cut very wide, and so the width of the strap pins pushes the edges of the hole out. This is something that can be amended with an awl or knife, but I'm not convinced that the hold is very strong if I don't make that adjustment.

Strap, only for guitars!
Hi,
this strap was recommended by the staff when buying a acoustic guitar. For this purpose it really worked good. It's a synthetic material which looks very stable. Only the holes in the leather are pretty wide.
A few days ago I got my electric bass and because i got no other strap, I tried it with this one. I really would't recommend to do this: The bass slipped out of the leather hanger at the end multiple times. This happened while I was only playing, I wasn't walking or jumping. Therefore I absolutely wouldn't use this strap at a heavy bass guitar.
It’s okay fort he acoustic guitar, but if I had to buy a new strap again, I would buy a leather one in the first place!

Great product!
Bought it for my Warwick bass, my fender strap was too long at the shortest setting, but this one fits perfectly and i can wear my bass up high. Love the material used and it is very comfortable and doesn't hurt your shoulder when you're playing.
The product came in good time and was affordable. Very happy with the service provided.

Comfortable and durable.
Planet waves make some really neat stuff at some pretty reasonable prices. I have been looking for a strap with the combination of comfort and affordability that the PW 50CT00 offers for a while, so I instantly Jumped on this. I am not big on the stiff and plasticky nylon straps, or the big and heavy leather straps, so this strap is perfect for me. I tore apart my old one, and I am yet to tear a stitch in this strap, so I guess that's a pretty good sign. I wouldn't hesitate to grab this, especially at this price.

Simple and comfortable
Wouldn't mind it being about two inches longer but overall it's well made and simple enough looking. The material is comfortable for my bass, which weighs in at about 8 pounds.

Fine strap - cheap & simple
A little uncomfortable, when compared to leather but hey - its a cheap nylon strap. Does what its designed to do. I bought this because it can be shortened to fit a small child. Happy with my purchase.
