Quality gig bag

I needed a soft bag for my new Sigma 000 acoustic, instead of a hard case I wanted something easy to use, didn't kneecap people in the way, or scratch walls or cars when travelling, yet give good protection. This fit the bill, and I was attracted to the sandy colour instead of black, it looks & feels quality. I tried to do a lot of pre-buy research to make sure it was going to fit my guitar snugly, reviews can sometimes contradict or miss the point, hopefully I have helped with this. My 00014 fits perfectly - like a hand in a glove (my guitar is 40" x 15" x 4"). The padding is generous, there is a velcro neck strap, and when zipped up the package seems well protected, cushioned all round. The sandy/cream coloured fabric feels tough & durable, the fully opening zips run smooth. The pockets are good size for all the bits you need for playing acoustic, tuners, slides capos, songsheets or ipad, strings. If I was to improve anything, it would be a couple of handles, one behind the head & one behind the heel - I find bags with that facility extra easy to handle ( hence the 4 star "handling") . The zip away shoulder straps are a tidy idea also, so they're not flopping around all the time when not required, but when you need them they are easily released. I would certainly recommend this for that smaller sized guitar e.g. 000 -perfect ! (probably 0M & classical also?)

Ideal case for my Harley Benton CLA 15MCE
Marcopolo 30.05.2018
I take my guitar to Spain in the summer. I know it seems and odd thing to say, but most guitar cases are black. Yes, it looks smart, but the worst colour for sunny days (lots of them in Spain in August!). Remember the GCSE physics lesson on heat transfer, well white (or cream) is the ideal colour to help protect against heat damage that might warp or split the wood on the guitar.

As well as this, I wanted the case to be snug and it is exactly that. The guitar is held beautifully and doesn't move so no wasted space. The 3 pockets are great and one has a 2 pouches inside, the tree are ideal to store microphones, leads, pick tins, capo, tuner, sheet music. The label inside states it is hand made and the quality is excellent for the price. The padding is ample and gives peace of mind. There is even a Velcro strap to secure the neck of the guitar. There is Velcro on the handles to make one tidy handle and the unzip-able shoulder straps are a bonus for wearing it like a guitar shaped rucksack. As the previous reviewer so helpfully noted it is ideal for ooo guitars and mine is actually 40" x 15" x 4". Recommended as the ideal way to keep guitar protected in style whilst moving from A to B.

no nowhere else, buy this

I didn't expect the quality of this gigbag to be this good with the given price tag, it says “hand made with pride in India” somewhere in a small tag in the bag, I can feel the passion of the workers making this bag.

More than enough protection for non flight situation, I bought this for my not so nice OM style guitar but I'll trust this bag even with my mid-priced Jose Ramirez classical one. The only thing bad I can think of is the lack of a vertical handle which is very minor to most people I guess.

Highly recommended product, I'm glad I bought this.

Really nice, and classy looking
Anonymous 29.12.2015
This bag was intended to replace an old case for my wife's classical guitar that was worn out.

I wanted to get a new case for her guitar a year ago, but, it did not work out. I was placing an order with Thomann and could not pass up this really nice bag for a really nice price.

First impressions were that this product just looks like quality. The material is very nice looking and looks classy. All of the sewing is done by someone who care about their job. The material is really top quality. The pockets are very big and can fit anything you would possibly want to carry for your guitar. The zippers are metal and look like they will last a long time.

The padding is ample, I think it will provide plenty of protection. The support for the neck works well, I can have confidence that my wife's guitar will be well protected. All this for a really good price.

I would recommend Thomann products to anyone.
