Not great tones using an electric.
You can select acoustic or electric in the settings and I was only interested in the electric to acoustic setting. There is a bass boom on the 5th and 6th strings which could not be totally eq'd out on the in built 3 band eq. There is also a very metallic jangle added to simulate the acoustic guitar but it gives off strange high frequencies which would scare off a cat! So you get a very synthetic sound which is weak and shallow. I tried all my guitars and found tele single coils to be the best although this adds its own unwanted noise. Using my DAW allowed more sound shaping to get a passable strumming/finger picked tone but I would only use it with other instruments, it would not stand well on its own. However, it does give tonal options which can be effective with other pedals/effects, as long as you don't want a true acoustic tone. Be careful where you put this in your pedal chain, it needs to be upstream of effects. The usb connection does not power the pedal, it is only for the app which just duplicates the settings on the pedal itself but in a more friendly view. You get a short cable which is useless when on the floor in your pedal chain, so the app is of no use to me.
An update a few months down the road. I am not using this at all now and regret the purchase.

Clean sound with no noise (using solid body Electric guitar).
This arrived in a box floating about with no packaging.
When I switched it on the presests were not in the order they should have been & some had been edited. So either had been out & returned or used inhouse ? But it was sold as new.
The button was not working.
Did factory reset & configured the presets to how I wanted & the pedal was working except it defaulted some settings after power down. Reset it again and it seems ok now.
I have tried it into a clean amp & DI to PA both nice and clean.
You will need to drop some lower frequenies to stop it distorting on some of the presets.
I found some presets work better on the middle/bridge pickups & some on the neck pickup.
There is some very usable presets when tweaked to your rig, and liked the editor better than the pedal menu, they sound exellent in a mix.
If only it was midi switchable.
