Full disclaimer - I don't play drums, my son does. But at 9 years old this was his first quality cymbal that was recommended by his drum teacher as comparable in quality to some of the better known brands, but of course without the same price premium.

I can only report back that even to my untrained ears the tone between this cymbal and the stock cymbals that came with his beginner set is astounding. I have already decided that his next cymbal purchase, a ride, will also be an Istanbul...

Wenn es etwas leiser sein soll...

Auf der Suche nach leiseren Becken habe ich mir diese hier zugelegt. Sie sind deutlich leiser als meine sonstigen Becken und klingen dabei noch ganz gut. Andere die ich ausprobiert habe waren mir immer zu "splashig" und unauffällig. Ich könnte mir auch vorstellen, dass sie für Auftritte in kleineren Locations gut geeignet sind (es wird ja hoffentlich eine Normalität nach der "neuen Normalität" geben :-)

Risse oder Beschädigungen konnte ich nach knapp anderthalb Jahren "Bearbeitungszeit" auch noch nicht feststellen.

Tilasin Istanbul Mehmet 16" Paper Thin Crash Tradit- symbaalin tuomaan treenikämpälle laadukkuutta rumpujen soittoon ja äänitykseen.
Symbaali vastasi hyvin toiveitani: Hinta-laatu-suhde on loistava mm. siksi, että symbaali "syttyy herkästi", on tyylikkään näköinen ja kellosoundi on myös erinomainen. Symbaali käy myös kaikenlaisiin musiikkityyleihin iskelmästä heavy metalliin.

Huonoja puolia ei ole mielestäni laisinkaan. Kerrassaan loistava ostos!

Je mets 3 étoiles pour le son mais j'ai conscience qu'elle en vaut 4. C'est juste que j'ai certaines exigences car mon oreille est habituée au son Zildjian.

Achetée d'urgence pour remplacer une Zildjian Avedis explosée, je suis très satisfait de cette cymbale. C'est la seule crash de mon kit.
Elle correspond au son crash que j'aime mais manque peut-être un peu de personnalité et de sustain.
Ce que j'apprécie surtout, c'est qu'elle a passé la barre des deux ans sans se fissurer. On sent que l'alliage est costaud malgré la finesse de l'instrument.

Je la conseille pour tous les niveaux de jeu et pour tous les styles car elle est polyvalente et crédible en studio.

Si pas de budget pour du Zildjian, je la rachèterais sans sourciller.
