Sehr gut für sanftes Spielen

Getestet auf einem Yamaha 82ZR, mit Vandoren ZZ 3 und Select Jazz 3M unfiled Blättchen.
Das Soprano Super Jet 7 kommt mit einer Rico-H-Ligatur, die ich sehr schätze, und an der Verarbeitung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Ansprache ist sehr gut, es lässt sich angenehm locker spielen, auch die ganz tiefen Töne kommen gut, und nach oben ab d3 bleibt es schön offen, auch Obertöne gehen. Wenn man es allerdings pushen möchte, wird es wesentlich schwieriger, einen sauberen Ton zu behalten, deswegen 2 Sterne Abzug beim Sound.
Fazit: Wer hauptsächlich Smooth Jazz spielt, ist mit diesem Mundstück gut bedient. Ich werde allerdings wohl bei meinem Yanagisawa Metal 8 bleiben, das zwar spürbar mehr Widerstand hat und ab d3 etwas schwieriger zu spielen ist, aber dafür seine Tonqualität auch im forte problemlos behält.
